The floors and tables were sticky. I cleaned the table the best I could. There were two people sleeping at two different tables. My hamburger was cold like it had been refrigerated. Not my usual Wendy's experience at other locations
I mean its Wendy’s so it’s good if that’s the food u craving. The fries always seem a bit old and last time they forgot a whole bag of our food and we had to go back to get it. So just be sure to thoroughly check your order at the window b4 driving off
This place is an absolute joke. Ive been going there every other day when I get off work and every time they're unprofessional and have an attitude. they claim to never have any thing that I order no matter what it may be. I went there a few days back for chili and a frosty to my "surprise" they did not have it ,i came back tonight yet again same Ole speil. this time they didn't have chili or my wife's chicken sandwich coincidentally. not even to mention no matter how slow the place may be they will insist on making you pull up and wait or park in a spot and wait for your order no matter how small it maybe. to continue the lady in the drive thru at night is a creep and very unprofessional she acts as if she's having a nervous break down and she likes to victimize her self. she'll ask how's your night and when you say good how's yours she'll go on a tangent trauma dumping and victimizing her self complain how her job is so hard and how her life is so bad. the whole experience is weird and very negative. tonight will be the last time I eat here. to the weird lady who all ways calls me "mr Zach" for some creepy reason I hope you seek mental help. as an added take away they all ways let me edit my order on the app when they are "out" of what ever it is I order interestingly enough tonight when I placed my order she said I can edit it and reorder somthing as usal this time when I told the weird lady no I was going somewhere else she then accepted the order to be spiteful so I was charged 20$ for an order I didn't even receive that they claimed to not have. I will be calling corporate tommrow. least not forget the guy who brought me out my order a week ago I asked where's my drinks?all he said ok cool and goes walks away and sets down at the pick nick table outside and just starts smoking and ignores me. this place needs to be overhauled or shut down.
Haven’t had Wendy’s in awhile so my wife and I decide to stop by today for lunch. The employee working the window was one of the most hateful rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. We were completely kind to the woman and she acted as if we did something wrong? That being said if your job is that miserable then quit and go somewhere else.
Good food good prices staff was very professional and polite got our order in a timely manner its was fresh and was right restaurant was clean condiments was full as well as the napkins and lids and straws for the cups coke machine was clean counter tops were clean restrooms were surprisingly clean very pleased with the service and and the cleanliness with this particular Wendy's
Food was decent. Erin, employee works hard to get everything just right for you. Positive and helpful.
I normally never have a problem with them. But today on Mother’s Day I went there and spent $25 for food and it was so disgusting and disappointing the chicken sandwich was hard as a rock and the burgers were dry and cold like they’ve been sitting for a bit. Do better! I have pictures for proof too!
The dirtiest Wendy's I've ever been to! It wasn't that they were busy. We were their only inside customer when we arrived. Another couple came and they, too, had to look around for a somewhat clean table. The cashier tried "flipping" my husband's cup on the counter before handing it to him for soda. A couple sodas and most soda flavors were unavailable at the machine. Not a well-run place! Won't be stopping here when travelling through again.
