Food was good, place is clean,
The only problem is the men's room has a broken toilet and a broken soap dispensor - it has been broke for a few weeks.
The spicy food isn't spicy, but it is delicious. I wish Wendies has actual spicy food, but maybe my taste buds are broke. Haha.
The Soda machine is that weird button selection machine, but it's good.
Service was terrible. I assume they are expecting a visit from corporate the next day. 5 of the 6 employees were cleaning and not acknowledging any customer's coming in the restaurant. An older couple even came in, waited at the counter for a few minutes and then the gentleman said "Well I guess they don't care, they are looking right at us honey" and then they left. Our food took a really long time to get and then it was wrong. Forgot our french fries and my Asiago Ranch Chicken didn't have any bacon, cheese, or ranch just chicken, lettuce, tomato, and regular mayo. Very disappointed in the service and food. On the bright side, the garlic parm nuggs were very tasty and the restaurant was pretty clean.
Won't switch out beef patty for chicken. Wanted to try new krabby patty. Don't have turkey or plant based burgers. Can't eat beef...wish I could. No substitutions. So...never-mind
Cold dry sandwiches. Baconator had no bacon. The coffee was really good. Not a good experience. Won't order from them again.
The people behind the counter were super friendly and made us feel at home and had me laughing and enjoying my time there. Food was quick and delicious.

This was the Wendy's in madisonville. And it was great for a fast food places, and prices are reasonably for the good amount of food you get. I believe they do have an app to get you meal even cheaper and you can order ahead so it be ready for you. The place was very clean and the staff was super nice. And it was crowded which is always a plus. But right now they have what's called 5 dollar bag meal cones with a double stack or a chicken sandwich and I can't remember the third one. But it also comes with a thing of chicken nuggets and a good size of fries and a drink which I thought was very cheap I had some left over to bring home.
Overall a A++ and place to eat cheaply.
Female @ front register would not use mobile discount due to system error. Did not know how to manually take off discount and said management was busy with something else. Left without order
