The cashier was nice enough, but they seem to have a problem with the baked potatoes. I ordered a sour cream and chives potato and recieved one TINY potato. (see attached pic). My son in law took it back to the counter and told them that was not going to work and they just added another tiny potato. Ridiculous for the price they ask for them...especially when they try to give you just one at this size !!!!! Beware if you drive thru.
These are some nasty people. I came through drive thru and asked for my food to be made fresh as I always do they had me wait at the window for a while as if I was waiting for fresh food. They gave me old food I told that I asked for it to be fresh and was very confused on why was I waiting so long for old food. They told me to pull around and they will bring it out fresh(allegedly) I had an even longer wait time just for them to bring me the same food out but refried like I wouldn’t know the difference. This time I went in and asked for a refund. The manager Michelle told me that she was unable to give me my refund that only the gm could do refunds who wasn’t on duty. The cook asked me what was wrong and laughed it off because he knew they gave me refried food. I knew I shouldn’t came back to this location after I came through drive thru a few months ago and the girl who was working drive thru had a dog in the kitchen. She begged us not to call corporate on her. I never have a problem with day shift it’s always night shift that’s trifling.
Horrible customer with rude employees everytime I go there. Made fun of me because I was trying to orders slowly so she can put in my order correctly, then proceeds to say bbq dips cups are 75 cents a piece saying she is charging a cheese cup for each one. Are you kidding me that is outrageous in the first place and 2nd I've never been charged for a dip cup. I proceed to voice my opinion and she threatens to void my order. If dip cups were 20 cents a piece not a problem at all. No way this employee could be a manager she has no polite customer service skills at all. Maybe she really needed a smoke break. Never going back to this location ever.
My husband went tonight about 8:15, drive thru. She wouldn’t allow him to finish his order and kept asking anything else with attitude, she never told him his total, took the debit card without saying a word, did not give a receipt, had him pull up to the door in the drive thru line, along with 3 other cars waiting for their order to be brought out. Lady handed him his order without saying a word or looking toward him at all. We got, or ordered the number 7, small chili with onions, Small fries, 4 piece spicy chicken nuggets, jr bacon cheeseburger and 2 drinks came with the order. He gets home and the whole bag is dripping in grease, the bread looks rotten from all the grease soaked up, my small fries are half filled, chicken nuggets a bit burned, the chili had no onions and tasted old, my jr bacon cheeseburger was just a plain cheeseburger, then his meat patties were pink, still so pink they were mushy inside, that uncooked type of mushy beef. We didn’t even eat it, we had to go get food from somewhere else. This cost us 26$ and it was the worst place we have ever been too, the worst food, the worst customer service. This is ridiculous, idk how they are still functioning. We really would like a refund and for them too seriously consider closing for a few days to properly train your employees and/or hire new ones and train! My goal with this is to prevent any other people having to experience this. Wendy’s, I want my money back!!
Baby.. this place needs some help BAD. Where do I begin.. ordered two blueberry pomegranate lemonades and when I tell you those drinks tasted like straight ass, idk if the syrup was old, but hell to the no. I also ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget meal and a biggie bag double stack cheeseburger meal. The nuggets were not hot at all, nor were the fries. The double stack cheeseburger was old as if it had been sitting there for sometime, my deceased grandfather (God rest his soul) would die again if I offered it to him in the afterlife.. Everything was a complete mess.
Look, I understand fast food restaurants are not always going to be perfect but when it comes to the quality of my food, I expect it to be worth my money and the gas that it took for me to drive to the establishment and order the food.. Do better Wendy’s… Do better..
Only giving 1 star because zero is not an option. I have tried to give this Wendy's a chance over and over but they always fail miserably. I have gotten so many burnt chicken nuggets here its crazy, the last batch was so overcooked it was dry inside. So many times I have been overcharged for my food. Employees are very unprofessional, when they finally do get a decent employee or manager they don't seem to last long. This place needs a major overhaul.
I’ve been to this location a few times, due to me working near by. Every time I’ve asked only the cashier to prepare my food with gloves on. I’ve seen several employees touching and preparing food with their bare hands, and from the look of them I wouldn’t say they are the cleanest ppl. They touch everything and still decide not to put gloves on. I’ve walked out a few times when I’ve seen them grabbing nuggets, burger buns, fries etc. with their bare hands to make an order. It’s disgusting and shouldn’t be happening. The manager is always there, and he doesn’t make them wear gloves. He looks like a slob himself.
3rd time they have gotten my app order wrong, so I'm done. It's worth it to drive out of my way to find another Wendy's. There is no excuse when it's an app order. All the details are right there and I don't even make any alterations to how the basic menu items come. They just straight up leave things off. I always get a bacon and cheese potato. Twice I got a plain potato, no cheese, no bacon, nothing. This time I got a tiny sprinkle of cheese and bacon, no cheese sauce, and they gave me mayo instead of butter? I don't get it. They were good a few months ago. Don't know what has changed, but I'm done wasting my time and money.
