Service was okay. Preston took our order and he was pleasant did everything fine. The issue came when I was JUST about done with my food. Found two hairs in my fries. Disgusting.
Short change and soggy fries. Fourteen dollars and thirty five cents for a single burger and fries with a drink. Burger was ok fry's were disgusting and the drive through lady clearly can't count back change. Should have gone to 5 guys. Would have cost about the same. But would have been good .
I have been coming here for awhile. I stopped at one point because they kept getting my order wrong. They started doing better but now every time I order its a 50/50 half the time they don't even read the ticket to see if there was supposed to be anything with it. The food is usually always cold. For 25$ I shouldn't have to come back to make sure my burger isn't loaded with more ketchup after asking for lite ketchup. Or a loaded baked potato being a regular cold potato or a medium cold fries that are only 30% full. It used to be a guaranteed hot good meal when they were busy but now I'm going to be looking elsewhere because it's always hit or miss anytime of day now.

Unbelievably slow, regardless of when you visit. Not sure why the foods overpriced american fast food, it is what it is, but at least make it so someone doesn’t have to wait 20 minutes.
Drive thru. 1 car in front. Empty restaurant. 5+ minutes wait to order. 10 minutes wait from order completion to getting food. Soggy fries, under cooked beef. Not the greatest of experiences here. Have been in past, no issues. Which is why rating isn't lower.
This is the worst restaurant you can go to. The store manager does not care about the store, the employees or the food thats being served. You get hired and you are expected to know everything or you will get yelled by managers. There’s no training whatsoever you’re just thrown in the mix and expected to do everything. The store manager jokes about “killing” her employees if something isn’t done right which just creates an unsafe working environment built by fear. There was mice and roaches in the store. And most of the time your food is made by overworked teenagers that the company does not seem to care about. And they serve expired chili and burgers !!
It was a hot one today and nothing cools you off like a frosty from Wendy's. My home buyer and I stopped here quick in-between viewing houses in North Syracuse. The chocolate frost for a dollar is the best! Brings back memories or coming here as a kid with my family. Didn't go inside but the drive through was extremely quick. My client had the spicy chicken sandwich and he thought it was great.
I ordered one sandwich and a drink stood there while all the employees were walking around with clueless looks on their faces. Fast food is definitely a joke with this establishment
