I recently unfortunately stopped again, and this time, it's even worse. They put very old chicken on my salad. I ordered extra piece of chicken, and it looks like they had it sitting under the lamp all day. This chicken is tougher than leather. And it's almost brown. When I called the back, they didn't seem to care that much. I think I'll call the health department instead. No restaurant should be serving food that was made many hours ago. They constantly serve expired food. Very disappointed
I mean just look at this nasty wilted rotten lettuce in my salad. The bacon was burnt and I got the wrong dressing. I paid money for expired food. Very disappointing, do better Wendy’s.
I can't give service lower than 1 star. We waited for 5 minutes before someone waited on us. One employee mentioned 2xs that someone was wanting at front counter before someone came. Then the enthusiasm, I told my wife the employees here were so enthusiastic I want to hurt myself. They literally look like their dog just fell in the deep fryer. The girl who put our food on our tray could have been told she was on death row.
My frosty was almost liquid. And the lobby was not dirty by filthy. Dirt encased in the table edges, food all over the floor of the lobby. But it was the attitude of the employees. I never have seen some many depressed people in one place.
I stopped here with my kids before dropping my son and roommate back off at campus. We were greeted by a very nice lady that said she had just started. We ordered $40 worth of food. After checking our bags we noticed some things were missing. The manager came up and started being so aggressive and mean trying to see what we still needed. She was totally uncalled for. I will never go back to this location
I just had to try the new Triple Nacho Cheeseburger from Wendy's today. In my opinion, it was pretty good! I'll have to go back and get another one. Just not today lol. Baxter, Tennessee doesn't have a Wendy's and I'd have to drive all the way to Cookeville just to get it. I'll definitely purchase that one more often, depending if it's here to stay on the menu or not, or if it's just a limited time thing. Other than that, I was in and out of the drive thru within 2-3 minutes. Ordered my food, paid at the first window and by the time I got to the second window, my food was already sitting at the window ready to be handed to me.

Quick and efficient drive thru. Good food reasonably priced. Garlic nuggets were a bit dry, but had good flavor. The parking lot was a total disaster. It looked like a third world shanty town. There was a very large amount of trash all over the lot.
I ordered quite a bit of food. I only lived 10 minutes from home, and the food was cold. I ordered a chicken ranch wrap, and the bacon bits were hard. The chicken looked like it had been sitting there for a bit and was cold. 3 double stack cheese burgers. And each one had mayo on them. Nothing wrong with mayo, but I never said add mayonnaise to them. Idk if that's something new to wendys. And a 10 count spicy nuggets. And they were cold also. I'm really disappointed in the food tonight.
Really good for a Wendy's. The food was fresh, the staff was friendly, and the inside of the restaurant is extremely nice. New furniture and wall coverings, and a sitting area with a faux fireplace really make you feel like you're not in just a fast food restaurant.
The guy at the window was pretty rude when he didn't want to hand us our food all the way out to the car he just barely stuck it out the window and then try to hand it to us, and after receiving our food we noticed that the junior baconator sandwich was smaller than a jr bacon cheeseburger. With one small Patty, one soggy tomato, on a small bun, this visit to Wendy's was a very dissatisfying one to say the least. 2 of these sandwiches cost us $7. Totally not worth it.
