If I could give a zero, I would never have I ever met such miserable employees working at an establishment the one star is for the small amount of kindness we were shown from at least one employee the gentlemen at the cashier window he had longer hair and a beard he was respectful and pleasant, however as soon as we got to the window to get our food we were met with practically having our food thrown in our face from the lady with the synthetic red wig without not one word not even a hi or here’s your order they then proceeded to slam the windows and not even hand us out drinks so when my mom signaled to team a shorter woman with glasses and black hair walks up and mumbles something when I tell her what drinks we had she walks away with an attitude yelling at the other woman what did she say? Then walks back hands me the wrong drink when I correct her politely she walks away again without a word walks back and practically throws the drink at us with no word… sad that this day and age people can’t even treat others with simple decency and respect I don’t require any smiles or conversation just to be treated like a human being especially somewhere I’m spending my money. It takes a lot for me to ever leave bad reviews because I always assume everyone has a bad day but this was just disgusting and unnecessary behavior and from people of color like myself I expected more this world has so much hate already we don’t need anymore ugliness.I myself have worked in customer service my whole life and have never treated anyone like this!
I would not even give them 1 star. The restaurant is an absolutely disaster. Staff lacks people skills, they are extremely slow, and all reflect an attitude of not wanting to be here including the manager! The facility looks disgusting like it hasn’t been cleaned properly in months! The men’s bathroom has a build up of urine and fecal matter. I will never return to this location they need a surprise visit from corporate ASAP!
This Wendy's has great inside updates. Food is always Tastes great ever since I was a kid. The service there is great as well And I also love the fact That they hire younger people As well as older people it gives them an edge on how to deal with people And also i there's a long line Don't hesitate to go here they keep the line moving with a double drive threw
Worst service ever.Next in line but still Waited at window 5 minutes before order was taken. Wasn’t done ordering and was told the price. Tried to explain at window. Very rude. Practely threw the food and shut the window. Never will be going back !!! Terrible customer service !!!
Hey, it's yo girl Honest Review. Love visiting this location! I love pulling up to my Jamaican associate in drive thru, "Cyaan I take yah harder" . He needs a raise! He very kind, makes me smile all the time.
The service was ok, a bit slow and the cashier walked away from the counter while I was standing there waiting to order a soft drink. (I walked away after a couple minutes and ate my overcooked burger with nothing to wash it down). The Restaurant was clean and tidy but the burgers in my double baconator were way over cooked. Still tasty though, (bacon makes everything better)! Wouldn't stop me from going back though if I'm in the area again
Quality was good, but the app was impossible to use so obviously no benefit from that. Tried to pay with the simple credit card and it wouldn't let me do. It, kept wanting me to set up Google Play or other ways to pay. I just wanted to pay for my food without all the complications. Don't have this issue with any of the other restaurants I go to
