This may be a comment more about Wendy's as a whole, or, their supply chain. Their chicken sandwich is really sad, I legitimately compared it to a McDonald's McChicken in its size. It is a piece of actual chicken breast, but it was small and fairly dry, with a square piece of lettuce on it, and a tomato. The crew in the back was trying their hardest to keep up with demand on a busy Friday evening. I just was so bummed at their front running chicken sandwich.
Late night visit after an emergency room visit- well deserved frosty-good, fast service for a cold treat on a warm and tiring evening.
The food is consistant and they're usually pretty good at assembling your order correctly, however, recently (year or so) the morning staff hasn't been the most friendly. Not a big deal, as it depends on who takes your order.
Great food, good customer service. As always - it’s expected- the Wendy Way. This store is located across from a gas station at the opening to a plaza. It is well visited so food is fresh, and clients are consistently lined up to order in the drive through. Burgers were good but fries were a bit salty and overdone. Funny enough, even with a long line, service was fairly quick. Thumbs up Wendy’s. You’re doing something right.
YUMMY! This is my favorite of Wendy’s to visit in Waynesboro! Fast friendly and excellent customer service! Drive thru does it RIGHT, GET’s It right the first time! Kudos Team! If you stop by be sure to pick up the Cindy’s Favorite!! “Large Chili” ask for two hot sauce packets and three packs of crackers and the cheese and bacon baked potato with 3 butter & 2 sour cream. Crumble the crackers & tear open sauce. Mix both inside the chile, Stir well into chili, until mixed then mix butter & sour cream into the baked potato until evenly combined with the bacon and cheese. Poof! LUNCH is SERVED! Bona Petite! Enjoy!
I've never had an issue with this place. Employees are absolutely amazing, but today... I guess she's a regional manager or something because of how she was dressed. She was so rude not one ounce of politeness with this woman. Managers should be the ones setting an example but not this lady.
It is a newer restaurant and the furnishings are pretty modern but it just feels small compared to other Wendy's I've been in. The food was good, we stopped in for breakfast and I definitely recommend the Chicken Maple Bacon Croissant. ????
This is the first time I have tried breakfast there and it was awful. I got a bacon egg and cheese McMuffin and the bacon tasted very old and I don’t know what kind of cheese they put on there. It was horrible and the muffin looked like it just came out of the pack and not toasted or baked or anything. I tried to eat it, but ended up throwing it out.
