Ordered from here and never had an issue. Tonight ordered two Dave's doubles from the mobile app. Well get to the drive threw and waited 30 minutes before getting my food that I ordered off the app. I get home and take a bite to notice that the both Patties are burnt as hell. The food is not eatable in the state it was served.
This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever visited. Ya’ll better take a look at you double stacks, I ordered 12 double stacks and 10 of them had a patty and a half. Why are they skimping on the patties when the prices already reflect? Crazy!
I was there yesterday evening as a door dasher. After going inside the staff began to make all kinds of comments because apparently the lobby was closed but they forgot to lock the door and the manager jumped my ass like I was her damn kid telling me they were closed and I was supposed to use the drive thru (even though my app says to go to the lobby). I don't work for Wendy's. I don't have to know when they close nor do I lock the doors. That's your job. Me being in your store after you're closed (which, btw it was 9:54 so you closed early anyway) is on you. All you had to do was lock two d
oors and then double check to make sure they were locked...do better.
Mobile ordered and picked up inside. Food was hot, fresh and the server was friendly and accommodating. Several other families in the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon and I didn’t hear anyone complain or returning their food. I would give this location a try!
Really quite terrible service at this Wendy's most of the time. Speed is an issue as well. It shouldn't take over 10 minutes to get 1 person's worth of food. Rude girl on the headset, as well. Food was good though.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING FOOD!!! Shocking! This is THE WORST fast food I’ve ever eaten in my 65 years of life! I’m only sorry that I didn’t take pictures for proof. My husband and I couldn’t even eat it. We threw it in the trash where it belonged!!!
Food was old and cold. I called and Cassie asked me to come back for a refund all the way across town only to be told I couldn't get a refund when i get there. Here is the kicker, the manager served us and didn't give a receipt. I come back and he provides me one and stated his GM is off til the 19th. Worst experience ever!
Pretty good and the lemonade is great. Not sure why Wendy's is struggling. So much better than McD's.
