Automation of fast food preparation cannot come fast enough. I would prefer the sterile and fake hospitality environment provided automation and robots to the apathetic customer service and low quality breakfast I had today. The bacon burrito was rather unsatisfying, but not as bad as the terrible customer service. I suppose there was that many workers in there not doing much on their phones waiting around for the lunch rush? Why even do breakfast Wendy's? Why?
Getting an order right in drive thru is pretty important. Got all the way to my destination only to notice I have the weirdest looking spicy chicken sandwich on the planet. :). Food was fresh and the frosty, well frosty and good!! Would have been better with my order but it was still good. The staff were friendly and polite
Unfriendly workers and cold food. For $10-$15 in this economy, everything should come out fresh. I’m sure even they would like hot, fresh food on their breaks. Treat people how you would want to be treated if you know something has been sitting.
2 visits in 3 days. Ordered a LG. Chili the first time and was filled an inch plus BELOW the top, no problem- it happens. 2nd visit I ordered the same but attempted to alert them of the shortage the previous time there. The person taking my order rudely cut me off demanding to know if my order was complete. Drove to pickup and asked who and why were they being so rude. The reply was to ask me if that's all I wanted to order. Recognizing this person as the one who took my order I informed her that I was NOT interested in talking to her, and asked for the store manager. To my surprise she stated " I AM the manager " and then closed the window in my face without filling my order. Wish a zero was possible. HORRIBLE SERVCE and example for team members present Go to Lewis St. location. Better food and service.
It’s 1 am I’m on my lunch break. I ordered a #1 double combo and a 10 piece ranch nugget. All my food ice cold. Nuggets buffalo. I can’t eat hot sauce. Wasted $20.
I order a bacon burger Saturday just passed and instead making fresh bacon they put old bacon on my burger and gave me the shyts and end up in er from food poisoning I believe they need get new workers and not feed the customers old spoiled food and not tell the customers
The young man was Great!!But nuggets were cold
They were playing when I ordered my food they didn’t take the correct order and messed up my order and I had to wait 15 mins for my correct order
