Best WLM Reviews
They must have changed staff! Great news! I came out of desperation because I views never to come back and to my surprise I was greeted with FRIENDLY staff that was well kept and all smiles. What a major difference in the atmosphere too. The older gentleman at the register was so professional! The woman in the back directing people did it in such a kid manor as well. Kudos to this location! Now if others would follow suit!
Ordered a bacon, sausage and Swiss cheese croissant. Definitely didn’t get what I ordered. Will not be going back any time soon for breakfast
was pretty disappointed in the food. I asked for fresh food and emphasized that the fries is what I had really wanted to be nice and fresh. I was advised there was a wait, I waited and received my food. My fries were not fresh, just re-fried. I paid for a large, and it was half full.......
thankfully I requested a plain sandwich because I'm pretty sure I would have something to say.
customer service was good
Phone number doesn't even work to call about the terrible service and ask about poor quality. Told No drinks or frosty available on a pre-order and waited over 35 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. They have a couple of girls who are super nice but the rest are just apathetic. KFC is better which isn't saying much!
I dealt with Cecilia, mary, and Julian they were awesome. Just listening you could hear their teamwork and professionalism was some of the best in this day and age! They were moving busting butt and pushing food out awesome teamwork best wendys I've been too...good job hiring manager!!
Wendy's is one of the last fast food franchises that you doesn't leave you feeling disappointed, and the one of Mitchell Hammock is a perfect example of this. Always a clean lobby, above and beyond customer service, and delicious food! Thank you guys for keeping the expectations high!
I always get good food here ! Friendly service, it is clean and prices are reasonable. Wendy's once gave my daughter $1,000 scholarship for school when she left a nearby Wendy's. I miss their breakfast bowl.
Food here is fine but there was yelling in the back and multiple people complaining about the long wait in the front. Whole situation seems like a mess here so it’s probably best to go to another Wendy’s if you can.
