I stopped by Wendy’s for a quick meal and ordered two Dave’s Singles and a Frosty. The burgers were fresh, flavorful, and well-made, with the perfect balance of toppings. The Frosty was creamy and delicious, as always—a great way to end the meal! The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the service, while friendly, was a bit slower than expected. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back for more!
One of my favorites at Wendy's was a Dave's double, a very tasty, juicy burger. I went there last week on garden Street in Titusville, because I was craving a Dave's double. I will never go back to that restaurant. The burgers were dry as can be, not a drop of juice In the darn thing. The fries were cold. The burger was cold. It was horrible. The only thing I thought was good was the spicy chicken nuggets. These fast food restaurants have to stop hiring kids that don't give a damn about the food they're serving. I would like a response from the owner of this franchise.
was the 3rd of 3 cars in drive thru and forgot to order a 3rd order of fries to be told by the morbidly obese drive thru man Ohh Sorry Player but you will have to drive back around and get back in line to order a fry. Fries I did get was cold and greasy my burger was almost beef jerky will not be going back to this location.
Can’t even take an order 10:47 “Comeback in 30mins our casher is on break.” 11:36 doesn’t even answer the drive thur speaker. There is a team member sitting in the front of the lobby near the east corner with a headset on, looking at the cars drive up. Moved up to the window just incase the speaker stopped working still no acknowledgment of my existence. Management if you’re wondering why the sales are lacking from 10 after this is why. I continually try to give this location chance after chance with it being so close to my home. I can see my money is no good at this location and have finally learned my lesson. I guess McDonalds is my new spot and all I wanted was a frosty.
-edit 9/14/2022 its been over a month since I made this review and no one has even attempted to reach out and this shows that not only does the store level not care but neither does upper management. I wonder if they are getting too many complaints or if this is just the interaction to expect at this location. One thing is for certain problems begin with the leaders.

My advice to the workers would be if you don’t want to work, just don’t show up. Close the doors and put a big sign that says y’all aren’t open. It’s very simple!!
Both times I have been here were through the drive-through to place an order. The first time was terrible so I gave them another try this afternoon. I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger that wasn’t even warm, the fries were chewy and stale. I didn’t even try the chicken nuggets. The gentleman that took my card was missing his personality, I think he left it at home in the morning when he brushed his teeth. The one thing that was cracked was my diet Coke. I don’t think I’m gonna try for a third try at this venue, I will just avoid it.
The ice machine needs to be deep cleaned, I ordered a frosty, small fry and a cup of ice. The ice started melting, so I drank the water, and when I said it was foul I meant it was real foul. It tasted like old grease what's up in the machine or something it was nasty I threw away my cup of ice. I will never get a cup of ice or a fountain drink from here again ????????????
I went through the drive through the service was terrible. I had to state my order 5 times which I understand those earpieces are hard to hear, but I asked for a sweet Tea unsweet tea. They went as far as to mark the unsweet. Both were unsweet. My french fries fell all over my floor as she was handing it to me. She didn't offer new French fries. So I spent $23 for 2 lunches and I didn't get the correct drink and I had no fries. The lady was not very nice. She was rude. I will never go back to that Wendy's.
