This place is a dump. Our order took over 10 minutes because they were too busy talking to friends. They also let people who are out of uniform or who don’t even work here behind the counter and do what they want. It was a slow time so there shouldn’t have been cold food or a mess in the dinning room. There was this really amazing man who walked in and just started cleaning the dinning room because he doesn’t like the mess. He doesn’t even work there. The food was cold and not fresh by any means. The GM needs to reasses their team and who works there because there was definitely no working being done.
I didn’t ask for my money back it honestly wasn’t worth it. They’d just stare at me.
Went through the drive through and they messed up my order. Went back to ask about it and they fixed the order plus they gave me extra fries and free frosty coupon. This location can get busy but they are always really solid other than this experience. Genuinely a really nice manager and staff.
Horrible customer service. Stole my daughter cell phone. The “manger” working at 3:30 on 11/18/24 at the Eddy St location was very unprofessional. She Hung up on me when I tried to talk to her about it. I called back. She answered and hung up. I tried calling back again. And they didn’t answer my calls again. She told me all lost property gets thrown away after 24 hours. So they said they threw my daughter iPhone away. Even though I tracked it to the store and then the tracking just disappeared. I do not believe that there is a 24 hour policy. I called right away told them I could not get back to Rhode Island for a couple Of weeks due to being from out of state. They said ok. They would hold it. They didn’t tell about this 24 hour policy when I called and talked to them. They are thief’s and liars.
We got two fish sandwich meals tonight, and mine was one of the worst sandwiches I have ever tasted. This one was all breading, barely any fish, old, dark and bitter. I could tell they just dipped it back into the oil to warm it up, I really thought fish sandwiches were made to order, but this thing has clearly been sitting there for a good while. The fries were also cold and soggy. I think after this one I'm officially done with Wendy's in RI. They've really gone down in quality in the last couple of years.
Clerk was professional. The service was professional. The food was well prepared. And Although I'm not a big fan of meat. However I purchased outside my ideal choice and was still a satisfied customer. Stay on top of your employees who don't know how to be professional. Moreover, ACKNOWLEDGE and REWARD those who make your business a place to repeat. ???? Great service all around.
Ordered what the kids wanted, it was a short line to wait to order. They had what we needed available and quickly. Checkout was quick and food was ready by the time I got to the second window. Not much more to ask for.
Angry looking employees, possibly racist against white people. The five black and Hispanic individuals behind the counter all looked angry and the mushroom bacon double cheese burgers came a unrequited hot/spicey sauce that wasn't complimentary to neither mine nor my already sick wife's palette who was already having a bad day as a patient in the nearby hospital.
The team seemed completely in control during their lunch rush. We spent very little time in line, even after impulsively adding 2 frosty’s at the payment window AFTER we had already left the ordering screen at the beginning of the drive throught
