This was the worst Wendy's location i have ever been to. We were trying to get a quick meal while being out of hometown on a tournament wanting to try the special Krabby Patty meal.
We have been waiting for 10 minutes in drive through with one car being at the order window. They have not been able to submit the order for 10 minutes. So we gave up and went inside of the restaurant. Cashier took the order inside and then said that there is only chocolate frosty available, no vanilla or special pineapple flavor, which was one of the main points for the advertised new special.
Manager just said that they are too busy with only 4 people working.
The employee who was making patties was very slowly enjoying his time walking through the cooking area singing loudly "all of these people wanting krabby patties, but all i want is go home".
The cooking area looked extremely dirty. Cashier at the drive through window was impolite and rude.
Why can’t yall follow directions. I ordered through Uber eats. I always ask for ketchup and honey mustard for my nuggets and yall don’t ever put it in the bag. This is the second time. The first time I order a 10 piece combo. Only got one sauce.requested 2 sauce and some ketchup. I order a 6 piece this time because it accommodate for 1 sauce and they still mess up. Like dang I have to come there myself? The receipt isn’t enough? Just simple things y’all are inconsiderate about. No napkins. No nothing but some dry nuggets and decent fries
Horrific service from the woman running drive-thru. She wouldn’t let me finish ordering my food, kept interrupting me and got mad when I ordered more than one thing (I literally spent $13), and when I tried to use my points she had no clue what I was talking about and took my phone out of my hands and walked away. By the time I got the food I was missing half of it. Absolute worst experience at any restaurant ever. The nuggets were pretty delicious but I won’t be coming back. 0/10 would not recommend coming here, I hope they close.
Extremely rude cashier gives a very sour attitude when attempting to use the rewards app claiming there's "nothing to scan it with in the store" then why does the rewards exist if there's no way to use them and even so it's very unprofessional to treat your customers like an inconvenience and be very condescending. Being polite and professional is free
Do not waste your time coming to this location. I have been to this location two days in a row. The first day, the line did not move at all for over 10 minutes, so I left. This morning, I arrived at 6:45 am, and online it states they open at 6:30. There was a voice at the intercom telling me good morning and to please wait a moment. I waited 5 minutes, and no one came back to take my order. The sign had not been switched to breakfast, and all the lights were off. I do not believe anyone was actually there. I will never come to this establishment again.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! We pulled in for a late night dinner for 6 at 1am after a log day of traveling. We were super patient as we knew it was late and we were ordering for quite a few. The woman on shift was HORRIBLE. She basically threw our food at us and was making horrible comments while we were waiting for our food and while we were driving off. On top of the disgusting customer service. We got back to open our food and 3/4 of our burgers were PINK!!! See photos attached.
September 21, 2024: Poor service, lack of cleanliness, and poor quality of food: I usually enjoy eating at Wendy's but this location has motivated me to look elsewhere for my fast food fix. I ordered a single with cheese meal and coke. There was no straw in the bag, no napkins, and was told a receipt was not available as the "machine" was broken. Both the cheeseburger and the fries tasted as if they had been hanging around the kitchen for awhile. The cheeseburger was dripping with grease. I went inside to request a straw and napkins. The fry area was dirty with fries and fry cup holders on the floor. Quality, cleanliness, and service are very much lacking at this location.
Where is the beef? You will find more in a Krystal burger. My baconator fries even made Arnold say, " I won't be back!" Go to the gas station and pick up any canned food, you will be happier.
