Wendy’s food is absolutely delicious, and I loved every bite! However, it was very busy when I visited, so it’s not ideal if you’re in a hurry. That said, the staff is super nice and friendly, which made the experience enjoyable despite the wait.
Burger was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted. Service at the speaker and window were awful. Tried several times to call the store and let them know and nobody ever picked up. You're right off the interstate! Get it together.
Stood in line for 10 minutes at the counter, was told by worker he would be right with us to take our order, spent more time talking to his fellow employees instead of taking our order so we left will not be back to this location. Very poor service… Customer should come before socializing with your fellow employees.
The fries were soggy. The soda station was a mess as was the condiment area. The floors in the kitchen were littered with trash and fries. The customer service at the register was good although we overhead employees yelling at one another in the kitchen. Not planning on returning here.
(I didn’t see their horrible sanitation grade until after eating my food but I clearly see what it was so low in May- it is now July!) There was literal human feces on the mens bathroom floor that had been there a while. There was toilet paper and trash all over the women’s bathroom and no soap with the dispenser broken off the wall. The floors in the restaurant were sticky throughout the whole restaurant. The staff was not friendly or welcoming and many just standing around when clearly the restaurant needed to be cleaned.
This is a ridiculously slow staff. Arrived in restaurant at 2:05. Received our order at... it's 2:35 and it's still not here. Every other option is better.
Ooh! Update: it came at 2:40! Yay.
Seriously, don't go here if you're in a hurry.
2nd update: the fries are lukewarm at best. There is literally a 6 year old next to me crying that he's hungry. Their order was $50+ they're going to be here awhile.

I want to give a shout out to the young man working the broom, mop, frosty refill, napkin refill, etc. He never stopped moving; they need more of him.
Went to drive through. After waiting 15 minutes in a parking spot, decided to go inside. Asked about my order, lady at the counter went to the back. Came back to inform me they were just starting to make my order. By the way....there was NO ONE in the restaurant. NOT ONE SOUL...NO ONE IN DRIVE THROUGH. I ordered a lot of food....2 sausage and cheese muffins......I asked for my money back. Was told wait for manager. 10 minutes later the manager came up with my food...only to discover the muffins.....WERE BURNED SLAM UP.....So a total of 25 minutes to wait for 2 burned muffins and to get my money back. $3.21.....WHY?? And I got no apology, no compensation offer...and one of the girls got mad because I was complaining about the food and their service....STAY AWAY. RUDE, LOUSY FOOD, BAD SANITATION, JUST a VERY bad Wendys....And I don't recommend ANYTHING from here.....AT ALL!!!
I literally just purchased a Dave's Double Combo and when I got home, the bun on the top and the bottom are soggy! What causes a bun to get soggy sooo quickly...Nothing! It had to be soggy when the sandwich was made. So my question now is, what was my bun sitting on or in?!
