I just ordered large French Fries only at the drive thru. I noticed I had no ketchup and when I asked for some, the lady working the window said they had none. I was like okay can I have some honey mustard then. She reply back normally we charge for this and in my mind I’m thinking normally you have ketchup so I would not have had to ask for that. I mean personally I think that was uncalled for
Restaurant is very clean nice looking employees are so nice! As far as the food? It's Wendy's! It tasted like Wendy's! Which was what we expected, so I guess it meet it expectations! However, we did have our order screwed up, BUT stuff happens right? Madison took our order and she was very upset it came out wrong, but she was very quick to fix it! They wouldn't take back the wrong order so one of us added it to our meals! We were going to stop at the Wendy's closer to 77/321 but I drive further up 321 to come to this one because I thought being away from the highways, this might be less busy and more friendly, I was right! Thank you Madison for making our visit excellent! We will be back because of this staff! You guys are great!
Salads and other food items were great and the staff were friendly and helpful as well.
Placed a mobile order online and my burger was undercooked. Called and the manager screamed at the employee no, that they would not refund my money. Nasty attitude and horrible customer service.
Ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger, waited and waited. Nobody told me the order was ready. I left and got on the road and realized they didn't even put meat in my burger. Can't make this up
All I asked for was a chicken Cesar salad and that what I got that you see in the photo. When I walked in the Wendy’s for it to be fixed the cook said and I quote “Oh we only cut the chicken when it’s grilled.”
I went inside to get my hubby some breakfast this morning and was pleasantly surprised at the service, menu items and prices! When the hubby opened his biscuit, he was shocked to find a REAL egg and not a powdered or whatever the other guys use!!! Thank you, Gaston Wendy's, for the great experience!! We'll definitely be back!
My daughter ordered a plain spicy chicken sandwich with cheese. It was wrong. The guy got an attitude about it. It was like he did not want to make it right
