Not Very Good Location, Said Couldn't Switch Bacon Fry For Normal Fry In The Biggie Bag You've Also Been Able To Change Your Drink Into A Frosty But Again Not Here! They Do It At Other Locations So You're Not Up Charged But Apparently This Location Does Or Just Don't Know How! Maybe?! Wendys Known For Bacon Right?! My Bacon Still Parts Of It Were Raw Just Had To Pick Off My Opinion!
Manager is nasty and screamed at us in the drive through just because we asked for fries that we paid for. Don't go to this one this has happened before go to the one on muskingum Dr it's better and you won't be verbally assaulted.
I received the wrong order, no biggie as I called about it and was told my name was written down with the correct sandwich and side. Sent my son to get it a week later (today) and was told it was for a baked potato and nuggets.
No. My entire meal was wrong. I paid for one meal and got an entirely different sandwich and side. I will NEVER order from that particular store again. The "manager" either wrote down the wrong items, or, flat out lied to me.
Everything was pretty good for fast food. My grilled chicken wrap definitely could have used a lot more ranch dressing on it because there was hardly any on it.
Never order here again,waste of money, undercooked baked potato,no sour cream, management is horrible and employees...
Everything was great. I had a rather large order at 30 minutes before closing and the chicken wraps were fresh, and the Dave's singles were made the way we needed. Excellent Job and Kudos all around!
Manager needs to take some classes on how to be a productive Manager.
Yelling at "Allie" over and over in front of all customers, tell her to "move out of people's way that that is rude!!"

I have went here a few times in the last few weeks due to working so late and just being far too tired to cook or anything.
I'd like to start off by saying that most of my experiences with the service has been good. I did have one lady laugh and poke fun at one specific part of an order I made but I shrugged it off because people are entitled to their opinion.
However, the food has been less than pleasant lately. Tonight's experience has more than proven that point.
Upon arrival, I had ordered a salad for myself and a fry. I had also ordered a 10 piece nugget for my son and my partner wanted fries, we obtained our free frostie with the tag. (The frostie was EXCELLENT by the way but I'm biased to anything dreamsicle, lol)
The fries were the first unpleasant experience for us, they had definitely been sitting for quite awhile as they were barely warm and they had so much salt on them that it nearly made my partner and myself sick. The worst part though was the salad... I opened it up to find that the crispy onions that came with the salad had been expired for over a month at this point and when I opened the salad, it looked good at first glance until I started to pick through it a bit (I'm weird about the white lettuce), I found that my chicken looked almost like greasy plastic and tasted like it was most likely made far earlier in the day. It was warm but it didn't taste like it was fresh or even recently made, the lettuce on the top looked decent but when I moved it around, the lettuce beneath it was shrivelled and discolored.
I'm sad to say that I won't be making a return to this restaurant as the last few experiences were unpleasant and I'm not the only one who seems to have had similar experiences. I don't recommend unless you're coming in FIRST thing in the morning when they first put stuff out (I'm unsure if it's any better but I'm hoping it is)
