It was as if they picked up the entire restaurant from a strange foreign place and dropped it in Chantilly Virginia.
I tried for 5 minutes to order some food only to receive nothing like what I had ordered.
The strange lady at the counter had an attitude and I gave up quickly. It was jarring.
The place didn't feel comfortable inside, smelled bad, most of the convenient parking spaces are reserved for mobile ordering for regular walk-in customers have to park much further away, might have been fine during covid-19 but not now.
With taxes it would have cost me close to $15 bucks for a cheeseburger, medium fries and drink, not worth it for an uninviting smelly place
If I could give 0 stars I would, there is absolutely nothing worse than picking up something quick for breakfast and finding A giant hair in your cinabon pull A parts. But to make matters worse, it’s not just a hair. It is a nasty hair that looks like it’s been dyed green or something. Look at the picture and decide for yourself. I almost threw up in my mouth when I seen it! whoever’s working There… you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself one for that hair color, and two leaving your nasty green hair around in the food….you’re gross
The southwest salad taste good with avocado. I love the chili sauce on my taco salad. Triple Dave’s are awesome. The store is clean.
Inside was clean and there is a fire place and lounge seating by it. Haven't seen that before. Burgers and fries were good and made fresh.
I have ordered a bbq sauce nuggets.. but they gave me regular nuggets.. and food is also not fresh

let me say, I'm a big fan of Wendy's. but the moment I walked in and saw the employees going "HELLOoOo YOUR ORDER IS READY" at some old lady I was suspicious. me and my brother then order...5m later our meal arrives..just missing food. so like the kind soul I am, I went smiling to the front counter to ask about it. all the employees were extremely aggressive and told me it was my fault. so I had to order extra food..which never arrived. this is the first review I've written, but I gotta say. worst customer service ever.
