this Wendy’s has very poor service. The first batch of fries we got tasted old and was full of grease. Pull around again for fresh ones and it was the same thing. As I started eating the burger I noticed how hard it was to bite into. this is ridiculous and is unacceptable. I’m sure no one else would want their food hard , cold, and old so why would you serve it to someone.
The only thing I do differently than anyone else is when I want to order the family sized nuggets, I usually try to ring up the location and give them a heads up before I head there to order that. The last thing I'd want to do is bog down a line and put them in a bind, trying to keep up with larger orders. Great place for a quick bite, super friendly.
Quick and friendly staff. The problem is with the drive thru. Please put cones or some type of barrier along the curve at the drive thru. People are constantly blocking traffic in the parking lot and on the road.
A family member of mines went during 11:30am to 12pm. All of our food was cold and it tasted old. It was lunch time and the food should have been hot. Our lemonade tasted watered down. I haven’t been to this place in almost two years because the last time I went, they gave me a baked potato that wasn’t cooked all the way through.
They had diarrhea all over the restroom trash can. It was hot and humid in the restroom as well as in the lobby/eating area. Bugs were flying around and the floors were slippery and had no wet floor signs .
Every type of self serve soda tasted terrible on multiple visits.
They only serve one flavor of Frosty per day.
The temperature in the dining area was stifling on the last day I visited.
The burger was fine. The fries were a little salty. Counter service was excellent. The atmosphere was fairly clean but the smoke in the restaurant from the fry grill was harsh. I probably should have ate in my car... now I smell like the fryer.
Let me start by saying the rating I give is just for the mornings. The location opens at 6am but the workers are NEVER ready. Nobody takes your order or comes to the window. I’ve been 3 times in the morning before work, but the first two didn’t compare to this FINAL time. After I waited 7 minutes to pick up my mobile order they couldn’t pull it up on the screen because they never started their computers. When I finally got my order after waiting 15 minutes it was wrong! Something needs to be done. Even if it’s just retraining the workers.
