Good for a Wendy's
The service was fast and good. Chili, cheeseburgers, potatoes, and chicken sandwiches were all warm and good. The parking lot is a disaster going in and out. They lost a star for this horrible design flaw! The area was clean and it is a nice location but very busy.
My sister and I were sitting in the dining room when one of the employees came over to return a $20 bill that I dropped on the floor. He said he knew that it was mine because I was the last person ant the counter. I appreciate his honesty because not everyone would have done that. I didn't keep my receipt so I couldn't give a review on the Wendy's website but I hope this gets back to the restaurant's manager. You've got good people!!
I was shocked! In a good way. I expected to have to wait just to order. Instead The Man behind the counter,"what may I serve you gentlemen yoday?" We order spicy chicken sandwich, a chefs salad, a chicken sandwich,and 1 order of fries. And drinks. I just finished paying, still expecting a long wait, when ,"Ben!" My order was up almost immediately, and it was hot, and the salad was fresh! After we got our drinks, the man was helping a lady with the drink machine. I'm definitely going back. I don't usually recommend fast food, but this was good!
Went through the drive through. Super fast and easy. Nearly drove away without my credit card, but the amazing employees noticed and got it back to me. Thank you!!
Had the worst experience at this location of Wendy’s. First ti start off I kept telling the lady who was taking the order I needed a minute and wasn’t ready to order she kept asking me what can I get for you. I said I’m not ready give me a minute told her 10 times. Then she kept repeating herself I said I’m not ready. Then she says pull up to the window and someone waves at me to pull forward. I get to the window and say yes I wasn’t ready to order and I needed a minute she said i ignored her, her day is ruin, she’s upset, she said she wasn’t going to serve me I told her you have to serve any customer no matter what she closed the window and walked away then came back and I said naan you can’t get mad and walk away because at the speaker I wasn’t ready to order then she said you can leave the drive through don’t come back I said you can’t talk to people like that then she said leave now I said no I’m here to order you have to serve me. She rolled her eyes and locked the window and walked away. I called to talk to the assistant manager she said no one there will apologize to me and I owe them an apology I said for what I wasn’t ready to order at the beginning. She said that her day is also ruin and then hung up the phone on me. Worse experience ever at any fast food restaurants. Shame on Wendy’s . I’m never going here again.
Greatest customer service I've ever seen. It's rare that people are so generous, and every member I saw on the crew (I visited at 10:50 or so for a pick up) was very generous. It's rare to see such nice people nowadays.
Fast, efficient, courteous customer service dining inside. Food was delecious, dining area was clean. The cleanest and best customer service of any Wendy's we've been to. Enjoy their apple pecan salads!
Presentations looks awful, and it gets worse once opening the messy lid to find old burnt pieces of bacon, tomatoes look like they wasn't cut professionally just gave me the skins of the slices. Picking and flicking pieces of burnt bacon and discarding of the tomatoes I still managed to eat the rest of the salad did my girlfriend bought for me. She also posted up a separate review cause even her order wasn't prepared correctly.
Took a chance on trying something simple and still was disappointed. I never order from, only do pick ups for doordash customer's... I'd hate bring them food that looks like my simple salad ???? did????????♂️
