Ordered a double with cheese only and received a jr bacon cheese burger. Attempted to go inside and get my order corrected but the doors were locked. Mind you this was during the middle of the day. Because the line was wrapped around the building and I had limited time, I resorted to communicating with customer service through the app. Customer service Stated they would provide a refund but never did. This is a huge failure on behalf of the store and Wendy's corporate .
Drive-thru was busy but they had it moving quickly considering the weather was beginning to rain and it's cold. William the employee working the window was very gracious and apologetic, since they had just 86ed the chili. Everything else we ordered was available and came to us hot and fresh. William and his coworker were both very friendly and polite especially with the line they had awaiting, wrapped around the building.
I greatly appreciate the hospitality and kindness, hard to contact e by these days, especially when business is hectic and overwhelmingly busy. Thanks again.
Went through the drive thru on the 10 of December at 11:59am, the employee taking the order was so aggressive that she would not even let me give the order, instead treating me like livestock and rushing to get it done, even though there was no one else in line. So much for the atmosphere of making you feel that your business is appreciated.
We stopped by this Wendy’s location in Matthews otw to Costco. Wrong move on my part. Did mobile order and was told our order was going to take “4 minutes”. Waited over 10 minutes in mobile pickup parking space. Mind you we were the only one in line. Ordered 2 maple bacon chicken breakfast croissant, strawberry lemonade, and plain coffee. This is the first time I’ve seen my chicken patty to look like what they use for the chicken BLT sandwiches. I’ve ordered this breakfast sandwich before at a Wendy’s in Indian Trail and I know that they use real chicken patty instead of the inexpensive ones. Waiting 10 minutes and paying almost $5 per sandwich, I should get real chicken breast just like when I order from Chick-Fil-A or Bojangles or even McDonald’s. Hope this restaurant fix this issue of making sure putting correct chicken patty on correct breakfast sandwich. I like Wendy’s but will probably avoid this place for breakfast especially if you’re expecting real chicken breast patty.
I had a terrible night. I ordered food for my kids because they really wanted Wendy’s for dinner. The driver got 1 minute from my house and canceled the order. So I had to go to the Wendy’s to get a new order. The drive through line was long and they weren’t letting people inside. I waited in line for 40 minutes. I finally got the chance to order and they told me 1 order per vehicle. I didn’t know what this meant until I went to order, I ordered my sons meal and when I went to order my daughters meal they told me I couldn’t. They would only do 1 meal per vehicle. I said I had more than 1 person that needed to eat. They told me to bad. I would have to choose who eats and who doesn’t. So I left. I will never eat Wendy’s again if this is how they treat their customers. If you can’t at least feed 1 meal per person close!!! I’m so done with all of it. Delivery services suck. Fast food sucks. It’s horrible food at horrible service and over priced. This was last straw. Just not going to do it anymore.
Went at a time that said less busy than usual, took 30 mins to get threw the drive threw to get my food I ordered in the app. Burger wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese. The fries and nuggets tasted like they been sitting there half the day. But at least the sweet tea was good I guess.
The place used to be great, but lately it completely sucks! Not sure what the shifts are, but if you get there 11pm like I did at least a few times. Well, you a lot better off going across the street to 7/11 and getting you a microwavable sandwich instead. The service is really slow!!! and the fries are cold garbage!
I would give 0 stars if possible. Ridiculous. At 12 am pulled up to the drivethru line where other cars were. After setting with the line not moving People started pulling around to the window. Lights were on but employees were not responding to anyone. My friend went to the front of the store and saw employee who looked like he was cleaning the grill when he seen her and ran and hided behind the counter. We called nobody answers the phone. there were probably 10 or more cars all waiting too.. This is insane.. One lady said she worked for a delivery service and that this was not the first time they had done something like this that it happens all the time and costs her and the customers money and lots of time. THIS REALLY NEEDS TO BE ASSDRESS. We set in the parking lot for a little while and just happened to pass by the drivethru window on the way out and sure enough there was a woman cleaning out the drink machine.. So there were at least 2 people in the store that we seen.. These employees should be ashamed of themselves. If they did have enough staff to run the store they should have turned the lights off and posted a sign saying closed. But to HIDE.. AND IGNORE CUSTOMERS IS JUST WRONG.. JUST DOING NOTHING BUT WHAT I CALL MILKING THE CLOCK!!!!
