What I ordered was a crispy chicken BLT biggie bag what I got was a double bacon cheeseburger, I called and they were able to get me the right sandwich so I appreciate their customer service
I have worked in the food service industry for years, so I get it when a late night customer comes in thirty minutes before closing isn't the best thing. As a consumer, I don't expect my food to be ready right then, but at least fill up the containers. When you're spending around 50.00 plus on food, it's frustrating to not even get the correct amounts you're paying for. Never again will I go through the late night drive-through of Wendy's in Centerville. You should either keep your lobby open for late night customers or staff appropriately for a busy late night drive-through crowd.
Went through the drive through after setting a mobile order previous to driving there and they asked us to pull forward because our food had 1 minute left, then we waited for 15 minutes before I went into the store and the employees were working on a different customers food that has gotten there after us. I am not pleased, we were there for 25 minutes longer than we should have even with giving them a heads up with my mobile order.
Air conditioning was So cold in the dining room, flies all over, all tables were dirty..had to clean our own table, because the room was so cold so was our food, the wrapping on our burgers was full of grease. Why isnt the food made when it is ordered..especially when they aren't busy! We wont be back!
The young man working the drive thru at 8:25 pm 7/31/24 was rude and ineffective. My wife asked for four ranch packets with our two meals. He didn’t give them to us. My wife asked at the window for him to wait while she shuffled items in the car to receive the food. He grunted. He did not give a receipt for our food so I think we paid for ranch packets and did not receive them.
Food: it's Wendy's. No gold wrapper, no cold burger, crispy fries and chill frosty on this blasting Oct day.
Atmosphere: not the usual. Fireplace, TV, cushion chairs, option seating. Posh for a corporate standard, for sure.
Service: too good! A too stressful day made great by good action and sincerity. This group is what makes good business. Anyone who can take an order from me and my two young (and occasionally impetuous) kids simultaneously while smiling, joking and getting it done gets an automatic win and a dash of envy to the finish line. Again, great job and thanks to the gents in front. Great people! ????
Food was as expected. I liked the new pineapple frosty. The restaurant was a little cold so we kept our jackets on
I enjoy the fact that Wendy's not only still has the value meals, but they have increased the options and variety with their value meals
