We drove 25 minutes to this specific Wendy’s in search of these Werewolf toys and manager Angel hooked us up! Absolutely amazed at the stellar customer service. Thank you, Angel!
Ok, not a 5 star restaurant therefore cannot rate atmosphere. Actually stopped for 2 diet cokes and they were horrible! Tasted like carbonated water with a hint of coca cola syrup.
Don't come here if you can help it. Omg service was terrible! If you're having a bad day, sorry, but why take it out on my family when my kids are super excited for the kraby patty meals.
Apparently they don't know how to read a diagram that's right in front of their face when making sandwiches. I ordered a baconator, add lettuce, onion, and tomato. They gave me a dry as heck baconator with my extra toppings but removed the sauce. Really dissatisfied as a person who used to work as the line at Wendy's. And this is exactly why they don't deserve $15 an hr.
Our food was good, but the service was definitely not friendly. The girl that took our order straight faced felt as though she hated her job and wished we weren't there. The guy cleaning in the restraunt same thing. Told my grandson he was to busy to say hi. Very poor customer service.
The food was good and made right. But the kid taking my order his attitude wasn't. Before I was done saying the first item of the order he interrupts me with "is that it" with attitude. Instantly irritating. I won't be going there again
Prices are getting out of control but the food was very good. I might consider a sit-down restaurant next time for the same price.
Used to have no problem getting my coffee after work here, past 2 weeks this is the 3rd time I’ve been told no hot coffee. No offer to brew or anything. Don’t know if their machine has been broken this long or just laziness. Either way, done coming here on my lunches and after work. Food is good if you catch the right crew though.
