Today Roman and I went in for a quick breakfast and unfortunately for the sweet girl that took care of us "Francesca", she was down staff. I saw her take orders at the window, take our order and also run to get the food as well. My hat is off to her as she did everything she could to make us happy. To whomever the manager was she is an incredible employee and worth her weight in gold ✨
Just tried to pick up an order and the lobby was closed at 6:30pm on a Thursday. They move like sloths for being "fastfood"
The floors are always so sticky. In fact everything is sticky. They are always goofing off. I know I can't expect much from fast food but my kids love it but going there just puts me in a bad mood.

The service was good. It was just hard to hear the young woman taking my order.

3/30/23 my food was not the way I requested. I ordered a 4 for $5 with Jr Bacon cheeseburger. I got a regular cheeseburger.
Nuggets were cold and French fries were cold and very limp

Worst fast food I have ever had
This place has use to be good, but lately has gotten much worse. Last time I was there I didn’t get part of my order, that was on my receipt and I paid for. Decided to give them one more try and I ordered a baconator combo. It didn’t even look like the bacon had been cooked. The whole purpose of that combo is good bacon on a burger. Huge disappointment. Will not try this location again.
Got a crispy chicken sandwich, it came out soggy, smashed, and luke warm. The given attitude of the staff made me feel unsafe to ask for assistance in solving the problem. Will not be back.
Got breakfast #1. The chicken was raw in the middle. When I called the store, the manager did not seem to be concerned. Normal response, bring back to replace or give money back. Raw chicken is serious, and I don't feel she took it that way. I advised you never to take chicken up before the timer and hung up.
Went for breakfast, pulled in just after 9:30am and was told they were already switching to lunch.
At 9:30am???
Ordered my burger with Lettuce, cheese, tomato, and mayo ONLY, I got this.
Paid almost $13 to eat some fries because the mixture is off in their fountain and I can't drink the soda either.
