Horrible. Filthy. Staff was rude and ignored the customers. Music so loud I thought I was walking into a nightclub. Flies have clearly taken over. Every table was dirty. No napkins! Smelled like a goat was living in there. Half of the drive thru customers had to come inside because the orders were wrong or missing items and the staff was amused by this? $30 for lunch for 2 people and could not enjoy it in such a dirty Wendys!
I ordered food on my mobile app from this location and although my family enjoyed it some items were left out of our order and the manager replaced it without issue. I highly recommend this location they’re awesome ❣️????????
Entrance to this location is interesting by how busy the road is along with the drive through crosses over the parking area. Seating area is open all the way across with no obstruction. Currently they have a great crew that is fast and accurate.
Horrible horrible horrible service!!! The young girl who took and gave me my order couldn't even be bothered to tell me the price or say thank you or say anything else. She handed me my order and hurried to go sit in the lobby work the other 2 employees! And yes thats exactly what she did! I saw her her sitting at the table on her phone as I pulled away from the drive in! Is this how the managers are allowing the employees to treat customers at night now?! I used to like the Norwich Wendy's but now I'm having second thoughts!
Getting tired of the Wendy’s app never working. I went to Wendy’s to get buy one get one baconator. I told the staff in the drive-through that I was using the coupon on the app. When I get to the register, there’s a different employee saying that the app has not been working all day and that I would have to pay full price and it was nothing he could do about it. I have plenty of other fast food apps Wendy’s consistently has problems and issues with the app. It’s one of the main reasons I have stopped going to Wendy’s as much.
This information is disgusting first of all. Ultimately I just want to share this persons story. However I can add to this from the other side to help her story as well; two of my friends got severe food poisoning after eating here. With what I know now, it was probably the mold filled soda that did them in. When I ordered online, they double charged me and refused to refund me or do anything at all for that matter. They told me to contact the app. The app gave me either their phone number or told me to go there. I ended up contacting my bank and getting it refunded through them. The final straw, that would be a simple irritant if not for the rest, is that my friend can’t have cheese. So I ordered his burger without cheese. They gave me a burger with cheese. No biggie, I went back, explained the situation, they begrudgingly took it back, gave me a new one. Stupidly I didn’t open it. When my friend did, it was another burger with cheese. I had to go back a third time and that time I double checked. Like what the hell lol. Just sad tbh.
This is by far the worst Wendy's I have ever step foot in. Service is ridiculous, the food had a hair (gross????) staff is slow, and allot of cursing. The manager can't fix a customers order properly, needs 4 people to look at one simple mistake smh. Fail to call when your order is ready etc. Customers waiting around to be serviced while staff is in the back. This is so disappointing.
We went through the drive through. I prefer my sandwiches with less sauces and they are very accommodating. Dave's single meal was especially good. My wife enjoyed a Cobb salad. Since covid started, the competition across the street is not yet serving salads and this drives us to Wendy's when we yearn for a salad.
