Absolutely terrible everything about this place from waiting 10 minutes after ordering n getting drink ( flat and leaking flavor) told waiting on fresh fries and chicken to food coming out totally cold burger n chicken frozen in middle even.. fries absolutely are garbage. Company needs complete overhaul it's nothing as advertised, promised it what was even 5 years ago never again going to any Wendy's
We came for dinner. We had to wait close to 10 minutes to order on drive thru. When we got to the window we saw two people working. They were not very happy. My order was missing a 4 piece of chicken plus and order of fries. I was never given a receipt for my food. I always try to give fast food workers the benefit of the doubt, but this Wendy's was either poorly run or they have a staffing problem. This Wendy's could use some help.
I only go during lunchtime, so that's I will review. The drive thru line can get very long and can sometimes be very slow. Today was pretty fast. The service is good, and the employees are very nice and courteous. The food is usually fresh and hot at lunchtime, and they get the orders right every time. The only issue I have with this Wendy's is the entrance. There is a giant pothole on the Berlin Rd. entrance. Be very careful driving in, it's the type of pothole that will destroy a wheel/tire or suspension if you're not careful. Please repave/patch the potholes!
Quick and easy stop off of the highway, perfect for a snack while you fill up the gas tank.
Vibes were good. Old style 90s decor, not a renovation in sight.
Tried the new saucy nuggets. They were good! Would recommend the hot honey bbq.
Thank you Wendy’s drive thru! It’s a Weds. night at 11 and my girlfriend and I didn’t eat dinner so we ran to Wendy’s and boy am I glad we did! There was a very tall guy (looked like a manager, he was wearing a polo shirt not regular uniform. Him and the other worker looked pretty busy, but man he came back and made sure we got our drinks! the food was hot and fresh! Those guys were working so hard. Thank you so much to you both!
We ordered a wrap and another wrap meal and the wraps came ripped. They gave us yesterday‘s chicken like they never even put effort into. Making it the way it’s supposed to be it was lazy and rushed, and it seemed like they just did not care I came here previously, and I was the same way
Today 9/25/2924 I accidentally ordered my food to be picked up at another location and when I entered the Cromwell store I was greeted By Josie. She informed me I ordered pick up in the Plainville location. But she ensured me she would handle this for me.. she called the other location told them not to make the food and she had her team prepare my lunch. She went out of her way to assist me in having my lunch.. while eating I seen her interact with other customers and she was very polite and friendly. I hope this brings some attention to how hard she works and how much pride she takes in her work.. thank you Josie
Krabby patty was bland and expensive fries where good nice salty and crispy. Fruit punch was a great value$1 any size. The service and atmosphere was friendly.
