Ordered 3 BACON, egg and cheese biscuits. Had to wait on the eggs to cook, approximately 5 minutes. Got home and there is NO BACON in the biscuits. Tried to call them and they don’t answer the phone. BAD BUSINESS.
The peppermint frosty isn’t as good as I was hoping. There’s not much of a peppermint flavor. I ordered queso fries as well & they’re phenomenal! I love the cheese & bits of jalapeño. The drive thru experience was average. I received my order with no wait.
I always have a great experience. Whether it's in the morning when I'm getting coffee or in the evening when it's time for dinner. I always get exactly what I order, how I ordered it. Plus, I've received great customer service every time. Going through the drive thru is always a quick in & out.
Food is cold most of the time if you even get what you ordered or all of what you ordered I use to love Wendy’s but the food has went down the tubes!!! Recently
I ordered a bacon and cheese potato. It has never been sitting in a pool of oil (assuming bacon fat) before.

I HAD TO PULL UP AND WAIT FOR WHAT TASTED LIKE YESTERDAY NUGGETSAND FRIES...MY ORDER WAS 27.00 FOR OLD Food
We visited the above Wendy's location today while returning our grandchild back to GSSU and were totally appalled. By no means was the establishment crowded as it was the day after Thanksgiving. Upon receiving our meal we noticed immediately that all the food except the fries were cold to the touch and the cheese was not melted on the undercooked burgers. We returned the food and stated that it was cold only to receive replacements that were also cold to the touch. The water in the soda machine had a brownish tint to it and the ketchup container was so nasty I requested ketchup in packets. The young man at the register was obviously annoyed that I had the nerve to complain, not once but twice. I suggest that you may want to evaluate your motto..."freshness is hard work". Obviously it's not hard to please your costumers. Additional I was not even offered a refund for our meal. This is totally inexcusable customer service and I will not be returning to this location and will consider not returning to any of your locations. I will advise my family and friends to stay away as well. You must do better, your customers deserve better. Thank you.
