I can’t lie. Customer service is very good but the food that they gave was cold.Now check this out I ordered A biggie bag large with no onions the burger had onions on it so that’s telling me it was already pre-made, wasn’t fresh the fries I couldn’t eat them. They was hard and cold like I say very good customer service
Ordered a number 8 burger with 2 patties, and got the wrong burger, I do not recommend this place.
You would think with declining reviews they would change something, anything. But no, they are holding fast on being absolutely garbage.
What is the point of placing a mobile order for drive thru and having to come inside to wait 10 minutes? Good thing orders can be canceled just as easy.
I almost feel bad for interrupting the conversation the employees where having and mistakingly thinking they were working. I mean, they were behind the counter, wearing uniforms, looked like they worked there.
And this should be a no brainer, but cleaning might help a wee bit.
Good job at just being below any standard and not caring if customers go someplace else. That is a bold move, let's see how that goes.
Should have turned around when I pulled in. Three employees out side doing whatever. Walk in to use bath room first before ordering and it was nasty. Get to counter and lady taking our order already had a look on her face like she didn’t want to be there. Then proceeds to have an attitude with my daughter bc she couldn’t hear her and told her she needed to speak up and after giving order she’s says whatever. Tells us the price and still looking hatful as ever with attitude. Wasn’t polite or professional we go to get our drinks and it was so nasty and drink or tea spilt everywhere. Finally get our food and go to sit and no tables was clean. The whole inside was nasty. Workers just standing or sitting around talking. Food was also warm not hot and fresh
Workers and Management (Ms D (cashier) and Derek (manager) handled a very busy drive through line, was respectful and courteous, and made the store feel welcoming. Would recommend coming here as it’s clean and well organized and ran. Shout out the the workers tonight for having 11/10 stars.
Ordered from the drive through twice while attending school in Danville: the first time during lunch, the second late night. Both times my order was completely correct and piping hot. I was in a dark place of sorts the second time. In spite of that the male African American young man at the window was respectful and the service was fast. Thank you.
Host name from the ticket is TIPAULA, quite possibly the rudest person that I've encountered in that position. Slooow service, Luke warm food after a longish wait - 1 drive-through customer, and 1 inside (already eating). No excuses!
Got to be the worst Wendy's ever. 3pm on a Friday and the only thing open is the drive thru, wich couldn't go any slower. And the doors aren't locked, I was able to go In and see 10 people standing around just so they could tell me the inside is closed and just the drive thru is open, so it definitely weren't because of being short staffed either.
