Well I asked for a chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets. They gave me bacon on top of my chicken sandwich. I had to remove the bacon because I'm Muslim, and this happened about 5-7 times. Sadly I will never eat from there again.
Truly awful experience. I ordered in the mobile app, went through the drive thru to pick up my food. Apparently the manager who was assigned to the register at the window disappeared for 30 minutes and nobody could pay for their food so had to wait until they returned. Finally get my food, missing three items, everything was cold and it turns out my spicy chicken sandwich was not even cooked. See pictures.
After calling in and explaining to what I presume was a manager, I heard them tell the sandwich maker about it and their response was "I think I'd know if I put frozen chicken on a sandwich" and both laughed. Unprofessional, unorganized and unsafe to eat here.
The food was very good but when I went to the bathroom it was very dirty. Like no one cleaned it good for a long time. They said if the bathroom is dirty that means the kitchen is too. Why can't anyone take pride in their work anymore like they used to.
After waiting an hour for our order, this is the condition of the restaurant. Be better Wendy’s

No ice for drinks, kids happy meals were just food on the tray, no bag-no toy!
No receipt as out of paper! I fully understand being short staffed and that may be the issue. Baked potato was very good! The four star is for not letting customers know, there isn't ice for drinks before ordering.
This place is filthy! Will not be back! My husband couldn't get his sweet tea. Every place in here is nasty. Never seen another Wendy's this nasty.
I went through the drive-thru with coupons and asked if I need to tell them my coupons or how it worked, because I have never used coupons through a drive-thru. They then told me to just order and give them to them at the window so I did. When I hand the coupons to the manager they got snappy and said next time you have to tell us them before hand because the give coupons free items. I even apologized even though I asked and was confused. Just made me extremely anxious and feel stupid. I feel like I could have been treated with a little bit more respect because they don't know what disability I could have and it just was an all around terrible experience.
Went through drive thru 2 months ago and by the time it got here we realized the order was all messed up. Called the manager before they closed and told her. She said she would put in 2 coupons for 2 of the same meals. She said it would take awhile to get approved by corporate and get sent out !!! Well we don't have them and I doubt we ever will. I think she just said that to get out of their mistakes again !!!!
