Best WLM Reviews
The Pasadena Wendys location has to stop this assault on drive thru wait times. A picture speaks a thousand words. 27 minutes drive thru time start to finish. According to other reviews this is NOT an isolated incident either. How disgraceful. Where is corporate? Do you read these reviews? Just Wow.
This wendy's location have the worst service ever. Had to wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes even though there were only three cars in total. Got the order of large fries which we got charged for but instead they gave us small ones. Also they were not wearing gloves while dealing with the food which is disguisting. Not to mention they had no drink holders either.
I'll give it a 4 out of 5 for atmosphere only because I haven't been inside since they remodeled. Mostly the food is okay. But the service is god-awful. This is the slowest Wendy's I have ever been to. It's so bad that my out-of-town guests remember how bad it was from 2 years ago. At the time of writing this review, I am still sitting at the pickup window waiting for my food. It has been 17 minutes since I have arrived at this drive-thru. I've lived here for 5 years, and this is pretty typical.
I've been here several times. Not one time have I ever had a problem with this Wendy's unlike others I have been to. I recently ended up ordering through the mobile app at this location while I was somewhere else. The other Wendy's didn't want to fulfill the order and calling their helpline turned out to be useless. The manager at this Wendy's reached out to me to ask about the situation and told me I could come in anytime later that day to fulfill my order since Mobile orders don't get refunded. Anyways, after like 4 hours going into the night, I got my food. It was good. No complaints. I honestly really do wish other minimum effort Wendy's would be more like this particular Wendy's. Not one time have I ever been forced to wait long for my food here or them getting my order wrong. Overall across all Wendy's, I wish the old Frosty sizes would come back.
The best thing about this location is the morning crew. They get **** done, the evening crews...definitely do not. The food in the mornings are usually fresh and delicious! Oh and shout out to Cindy on the microphone, she was lovely!
Thank you so much for making me half and half nuggets without complaining. So many other people would have made a big deal and not served me what I wanted but you, you did your job and made me happy. I have serious PMS today and all I wanted were both types of nuggets but not too many and not too few. Thank you Wendy’s drive thru team
I didn't want to give a star at all but I had to leave my review. I ordered an Asiago Chicken Combo. I bit into my sandwich and the chicken was raw. I hope I don't get sick but this is unacceptable.
Shorting customers on their food.
My double patty burger had one patty cut in half ontop each other.
The manager is very rude ???? says he's been there 3 years should take some lessons on customer service. This is absolutely the worst place in all of pasadena to get food. Dont even bother trying to call the employees just have the phone off the hook!
