Kids who seem high are delivering the food out to parked cars on an electric scooters. Why?
Coke that they initially forgot tasted tainted. Bags of food crushed.
Unprofessional and weird
I won’t be going to this Wendy’s again. The last time I went I was over charged. The employee said there can’t be a refund. I called head quarters. Received a voucher for another meal.
This is located on route 44 in Raynham
This time we spent $47.plus change. Everything was cold and over cooked. I couldn’t eat mine and wondered if they were from last night. The rest of the food was not eaten either. French fries were not a full order and were cold.
On our way to the Pat’s game we didn’t have time to go back.
Food was missing out of the order as well. The chicken nuggets were warm and tasted good. The 4 piece that came with the cheeseburger meal free.
There was no one in line either, so I don’t understand why this happened.
Good afternoon I usually never leave bad reviews but today the service was so horrible the manager was very rude taking my order and also giving me the food. Setting a bad example to the employees working Under him. Also he didn’t want to take my order when I politely told him the kiosk didn’t take my Apple Pay . He started screaming to the employees we are no taking more orders have the customers use the kiosk . There was a elderly man in front of me and he was very rude to that poor man . and there was no rush or anything. That manager should be trained on customer service. I’m a regular customer and that’s how I get treated smh.
Honestly, I have to say that Wendy's has changed a bit over the years. The Wendy's flavor has gone away. At this location, the food wasn't bad, nor was it the mouth-watering burger joint I grew up enjoying. I am a Baconator guy, and that one was rather plain, so to speak. *Nothing super spectacular*. The service was good, and people were attentive. Wish I could say more...it was an ok experience.
WHERE DO I START?????.....This is hands down one of the worst Wendys around. Starting with the long wait in lines most of the time you come to this Wendys. Again RUDE Employees..... OK ... If you hate your job that much go find a different job. It really makes people unhappy when you are interrupted while you are trying to order by them asking again and again if that's it. They always mess up your orders. When you get to the window to pay they just rip the credit card out of your hand without a smile on their face. Instead of a smile you get a very unhappy look that makes you feel like you are bothering them by ordering food so they need to do their job. When they give you your food they just hand you it without saying anything and then turn around and walk away. Then after you drive off you realize your missing stuff and then you need to go back around and wait in line again. If your hungry keep driving by and find another place to eat. There is so many other place within a mile from this Wendy's.
THE WORST WENDY'S I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I can't believe these people are allowed to operate like this. The people there don't want to work. They make you feel like you're an inconvenience for showing up and buying food there. They give you a quick one word reply as to rush you on. The food is not even hot in the middle of the day. 2pm I arrived. For years, this place kept its doors closed after the pandemic was over. They always said they were short staffed. But never had a help wanted sign outside the property. This is GHETTO WENDYS. and it's not in the ghetto.. They don't come out to clean the parking lot. They'll leave it until the end of the day. Or until the wind blows it away. KEEP DRIVING. DONT STOP HERE.
Absolutely the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I've gone here a few times, and I'm always disappointed. The staff are rude. The sandwiches could be made better by a 3 year old. The fries are cold, and something is always missing from the order. Like this time. 2 meals with fries, a large fry, 2 medium frosty, 2 large frostys. One of the meals didn't get fries. One of the medium frostys was a small. Sadly, I can't even blame it on the employees being kids seeing the workers were all grown adults. One of which looks like a convict.
Picking up for a delivery, I spotted about 3 health code violations, eating a frosty by the fryer, over a fryer, no one had gloves on handling the fryers, maybe that happens with food, as well.
Places seem backed up due to delivery services and people need their breaks, but how do these places not get audited for handling food in this way - I laughed to myself when saw on their sign “Quality Food is our Service” or of the likes of that…
I’ll pass. Treat your employees better, and maybe they would care more!
