The dining room is a lot smaller and less comfortable since the renovation, but the food and service were about the same, which isn't too bad. This location seems more focused on carryout orders more than dining in, so if you like doing that this place is good for you! I wish I got more pictures of the inside, but I didn't want to be that kind of person.
The AI took my order and got it right. When I pulled up to the window I could hear two employees arguing over something. The lady took my card and gave me my food and wasn’t very friendly. she must’ve been distracted by the arguing employees. Anyway the food was AMAZING though. Definitely coming back!
The new building is nice. The AI system in the drive thru got my order wrong. I had 3 people help me at the window, one person took my card one person handed me my food and the third person handed me back my card and my drink. Seems like a 1 person job.
I preferred the larger, sunroofed dining area. They were generous enough to place power outlets at three of the tables so that's a small plus.
I pay in cash so I'm unable to take advantage of the kiosks. When I ordered at the counter the cashier had to input my order into the register beside the pick-up window ten feet away. Perhaps that's only for slow mornings like today. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by talking through all the drive-thru chatter. It's not the worst thing to deal with but it doesn't exactly make me feel welcome or facilitate any kind of back and forth had I had questions.
I know foot traffic has declined and this is the future of the company. I don't have to like it. The restroom thing seals the deal, at least for this location. I refuse to beg to be allowed to wash my hands before I eat. The chances of a return trip are quite slim.
Drive through had great service. Food was prepared correctly ???????? and was delicious! ???? French fries ???? were even hot and crispy!! ????
Worst customer service I have ever had. They messed up the order as they punched it in. I corrected the lady taking my order she responded “no you didn’t”. Some one on the other head set said we all heard him. Than after correcting it and charging me they got my order wrong. Not once did anyone apologize they just laughed the whole time. I will never go to this Wendy’s ever again.
No stars. This is the 3rd time my drive thru order was missing something I paid for in the last 30 days. On this order of $90.90 they forgot the Single Hamb Ketchup only. I specifically mentioned to the drive thru person at 7:48pm to please double check because it would be difficult for me to get back up there before 8pm. I was back at 8:02pm, knocked on the window thinking the hamburger might be made they just forgot to put it in my bag, every single employee ignored me. Oh yeah, they did not have any Chili, Vanilla Frosty's, or Grilled Chicken on this evening either. I will be sure to tell everyone about this horrible service. Keep in mind I did try to call them 4 times between 8:02pm and 8:10pm. They would answer the phone then hang up.
Wendy's has always been a great place. But this location is longer available. It's gone! 5/14 Correction the revamped and rebuilt this Wendys location. Good Stuff Wendys
