I went to this Establishment today after ordering my food I asked the young lady if my food could please be fresh and she replied yes. When I received my order my fries were cold and half filled. I sent it back and all she did was dropped the same old fries into the grease and gave them back. They could barely hand me my food from laughing. I don’t know who the management team is but they need better training so they can give that same training to their team members. This is unacceptable. Please do better.
Horrible. Lady in the drive-thru told us to wait in the parking lot bc we assumed the food wasn't ready yet. Spent almost 10 minutes sitting and waiting for the food b4 my mom gets up and walks in to retrieve it herself. Turns out they forgot about our order and was just goofing around like they didn't have a customer waiting. (i quickly got over my anger bc they gave me extra chicken nuggets on accident.) Horrible service. Will not be eating there EVER again.
Ordered the Asiago ranch chicken sandwich combo but what I got was an incredibly small plain chicken sandwich, no Asiago, no ranch. Sandwich was worth being on the dollar menu but not at all worth a $10 combo!
Drive-thru food was not hot. Gave a scarce amount of fries with the biggie bag. I asked for a sweet and sour sauce but they left it out. I said it twice. My cookie tasted crumbly instead of fresh.
The Wendy’s in my area is not open for breakfast and I have been anxious to try their offerings ever since they started the campaign. I am a big fan of Wendy’s and have been a life long customer. That being said, I will never be a breakfast customer again.
I stopped at a nice location in Macon. The facility was newer, clean, and laid out well. The staff was super nice and tried to help me rectify my order issues
I ordered a BEC Muffin that was undercooked, greasy, and chewy. The bacon was overcooked and the egg rubbery. It was not edible. I exchanged it for a BEC biscuit. The biscuit was undercooked as well and saturated with some type of butter flavored oil. It made the entire dish taste like buttered movie popcorn. Not happy with the overall experience. Finally just threw the food away and enjoyed breakfast at a competitor.
The only way I could recommend this location is for lunch as they have not worked out the kinks in breakfast yet.
I placed two orders on the app. As soon as I realized the app did the same order twice I called. The guy was rude had me on hold over 5 minutes and still never gave me number to call. He said call back in 15 minutes. I told him I’m just coming in.
I had to come in with my dog because they never even brought out my carry out order. As soon as I walk in the drink area is cover in water. Not a few drips like the floor was covered. Then a roach runs out from underneath the drink area while I’m waiting for the manager.
My order has been sitting there so long that the ice was melted in the drink. Obviously the food was stone cold. So I just asked for a refund and my receipts. The manger gave me some excuse how it’s not printing because there is no paper. I asked since she’s the manger isn’t this your job to load the paper??? She said ma’am this isn’t my fault. No it’s not your fault but as a manger you should of made it right by at least not serving me cold food Tanise. Shame on you! I know you wouldn’t eat cold food why do you expect me to while you take a half hour while you are on the phone talking to someone on your personal cell. (I took pics and videos. I’ll be sending to corporate) and going in bathroom with another co worker not once but multiple times.
There’s a dinner rush and literally your doing nothing along with 2 other employees not doing anything. A huge mess on the floor.
Here’s the kicker of the story! The number to call to get my money back doesn’t even work. So they just scammed me over $20 and still hungry.
I’m also calling the health department that is your fault maintaining a clean, healthy, safe environment. Which this store has none of that along with the most rudest employees. The one she kept going in the bathroom with never even spoke to me and asked her a few questions. But she had no problem being on her phone half the 30 minutes I was there.
Do not come here unless you want roach infested, cold food and rude service.
Lights are on but no one is home? I waited for about 7 minutes with 3 cars behind me to never have my order even taken. When I left the drive thru line, to my surprise, the worker was simply talking with someone at the window instead of actually working and taking orders? I just don't get how restaurants that have such poor service are staying in business these days???
The absolute worst service I've ever experienced at ANY Wendy's in my life! Too many kids without work ethic or professionalism on the crew. They don't listen nor can they follow simple instructions. Also if they come in with a sloppy attitude, management please send them back home because customers are tired of it! I worked at Wendy's for years as a kid and never presented this kind of crumby behavior. Loose the fake lashes, nails, wigs, and gain some intellect and work ethic please!
