February 18, 2021 lunchtime at Wendy’s. The location appeared to be clean. The burger I got was a double stack. The burger was good. The fries tasted a bit like the grease needed to be changed in the fryer. The pink lemonade I ordered was good as well. Overall the food was not bad other than the fries. However it felt as if the employees were in the back hanging out opposed to being at work. You heard a lot of talking amongst each other about stuff the customer should not here as far as the delivery truck and people in the drive-through line making orders with the employees not happy about filling the orders, Cursing and so forth. Even though the food was not bad I do not believe I would return to this location just because it was not a pleasant dining in experience.
This location was very professional. The manager was very professional, and the speed of making sure that the drive thru orders was delivered to the customer in a timely manner. It was a pleasure to have gone to the Boutte/ Luling in St. Charles Parish. The employee at the drive thru did her part by assisting her crew with getting the backup orders correctly by remembering what order went with which car. Thanks to that location, everyone was on one accord. Smooches
I live in the area and from the other reviews, trust me it always smells like horrible grease. The girl at the window gave me an attitude cause after they were out of chocolate shake (understandable) she tried to tell me a vanilla frosty doesn’t exist. She continued to say “so you got your card right? Bye.” When I was just asking for a substitute for a chocolate. All I had on my order was that and some fries but the attitude was unexpected.
This place is absolutely horrible. Sat in line for 15 minutes waiting to be served just to finally leave and drive around the corner to see two employees smoking outside and they had the audacity to yell at me and tell me to go ahead and leave. I will never visit this place again.
Visited this Wendy’s (Boutte, LA) with several family members, passing through on the way home on the afternoon of Monday 4-1-24 following a return flight from out of state. I had a double stack Biggie bag with nuggets. One had a chicken burger with fries. Another had nuggets and fries. And we all had drinks. Needless, to say by that night we were all experiencing symptoms of food poisoning. Including a couple who also had food from a Popeye’s right across the street. I don’t know if it was solely the food, the drinks, the ice in the drinks, the area had cross contamination in their shared systems, or all of the above, but I don’t advise anyone to go here. I do know none of us shared any food. Today is Thursday 4-4-24 and I’m still getting over that sickening experience. If anyone sees this place, please pass it right on by. Don’t stop!
I hope you have all day because it is not even busy with no one inside and I’ve been in the drive through for 20 minutes. Only two cars are in front of me. Still waiting btw
They literally never have anything except a piss poor attitude. I know your life sucks working at Wendy’s but that isn’t my issues babes ???? They actually need to turn off services on DoorDash considering you pay for an entire meal just for them to not have literally anything. Useless.
So this location has made a drastic improvement recently in service and food quality. The service has been top tier. The manager that was there at 10:57 on 04/08/2023 is amazing and has been amazing the last few times we went. We ordered a chicken sandwich, burgers, nuggets, and fries and all were hot and fresh the last time we went at close to 9 at night and food was still hot and fresh.
