Horrible service, I ordered the new mushroom baconator combo and I don't get the burger, but only the fries and plus I called and asked for a new burger, when I got it it was a ghost pepper sandwich instead of the mushroom burger. ????
I don't tend to find myself having a drive to leave reviews much, but tonight's experience has inspired me to start doing so.
Having an atypically short shift today of only 8.5 hours I didn't really have much to eat as I had forgotten breakfast, but thankfully I had a microwave meal... All Day...
Fast forward to 6:30 tonight and decided I'd grab some Wendy's, immediately I noticed that almost the whole crew looked as if they were in their first year of High School (which I have no issue with young money earners) but I did have to stand there staring at them as they conversed about how to put a to-go bag together with no greeting.
Once I was finally able to get my order in, I pay with my card, it was made in a relatively expedient amount of time, and I then decided I needed some extra fries (I really enjoy Wendy's fries above all other options) ... but then the strange parts...
I didn't want to run my card again, so I decide to pay for my extra fries with cash. $4.00 for the $3.23 order of fries and the cashier asked me if I would like my $0.77 or not. I was confused at first since I just moments prior saw on the wall that Wendy's donates to help foster children (Good On You, Wendy's, I Love That!!!) but I didn't think anything suspicious until the manager on duty came up behind her and had to tell her to not ask customers that because she can get in trouble, "is this girl pocketing customers' change??" I think to myself.
Second girl at the counter, who I assume is the runner, grabs a bag for my fries coming up and I tell her no worries since I already had one. As she hands it to me a look of absolute disgust washes over her face as I take the fries from her, she lets out a 'gaff' as she turns from me with the same look of disgust.
I don't know what I did wrong to deserve being treated like that, except maybe inconveniencing them filling an extra carton of fries, there wasn't a rush or anything. And I wouldn't have had any issue donating my change if asked (Or if that was indeed what was happening). But I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the food was hot, served quickly, and correct.
Not really any other reason.
Hopefully this was just a one-shot issue, and I just received special treatment.
Dunno if anyone else has experienced this, but my boyfriend and I have ordered DoorDash from here a few times recently and the past three times have NEVER gotten our full order. Most definitely haven’t gotten any fries. EVER. I’m about to just put in an order of fries and see if I get a bag of air at this point. Highly disappointed.
Great service, and moved through crowded drive thru quickly. Maple bacon croissant did not have a sweet flavor as you would expect, it was very syrupy and the chicken filet was rough and grisly.
Krabby Patty meal was gas. Service was quick and pleasant. Very clean inside. They also have WiFi and charging stations if you’re into that. Overall great place for a quick and tasty meal.
From ordering to receiving food takes no longer than 15 mins every time my family of 5 and I have gone through the drive thru. Food is always made to order, hot, and good.
????Cons: Please add more fruit to the “seasonal fruit bowl”. There was maybe two strawberries cut into tiny pieces.
????Pros: Inside has nice seating, with TV playing. You can order ahead, drive through or stop in and stand in line. Typical Wendy's fast food. A small frosty is the perfect size for a cool treat, without skyrocketing your blood sugar. Cheesy baked potato was legit.

Some the fries were still cold and my burger barely had a smudge of ketchup when all I got was pickels and ketchup. And the bread just tore apart like it was dry and didn't get heated or anything. Go here alot and it's never been this bad.
