Order is right most of the time ... but not often enough. Please use the order stickers on bags to make sure stuff is getting packed correctly. Ordered a specialty combo w double patty burger. Everything was right except i got a single patty with cheese amd nothing else. Happening more often at this location.
I never write a review but I felt I needed to. I went in to order with my grandsons and was told by the girl behind the counter that she couldn’t place the order because the manager needs to imprint her thumbprint for the register to work. After 10 minutes of waiting someone used their thumb and we were off. She didn’t know they served coffee and couldn’t get the order right. The manager finally stepped in, took and served the order. I don’t blame the girl because she was obviously untrained. I won’t be back.

My wife and I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches from this location. My wife got half-way through her sandwich before realizing the chicken was raw in the middle! We will be contacting the state health department as well as Wendy's corporate ASAP. Completely unacceptable and disgusting!
Horrible. One of the worst Wendys ever. And I love Wendys normally. Gave me the wrong food. No mayo on chicken sandwich. I asked for no lettuce or tomatoes... guess what was on it? Soda wasn't filled up and had a watered-down taste. Girl gave me 2 different prices... not sure why or how? Overall... bad.
Really, this experience for a quick sandwich was a disaster. The person taking the order didn't speak English very well. I repeated my order at least 4 times and they still had it wrong. Finally, they brought someone to the window who spoke English and understood my order. I don't want to dump on non English speakers as I truly value their commitment and hard work. I am pro immigrant. But you can't have someone taking food orders who doesn't understand the language.
The Asiago Chicken sandwich was very good, but the fries were cold.
This is more funny than annoying (it’s still annoying) but yall just threw whole slices of bacon onto my baconator fries and called it a day huh?
You know as a long-time customer to Wendy’s I am up Obsessed with my spicy chicken wraps with just cheese... but when I say just cheese I don’t mean a pound of cheese this is uncalled for and to make matters worse one of them had a piece of burger inside of it and I didn’t order any burger on my order I attached the receipt in the pictures of my food I’m not going to be immature about it of course I ate it I just picked the cheese off of it and threw the piece of burger out but get it right next time please
Spoiled lettuce.... I tried to order a Cobb salad but they were out so I opted for the taco salad.
The chicken nuggets were soggy as well. Burger and fries were standard Wendy's.
