I expected that the Krabby Patty meal would not be as advertised. However, this is beyond ridiculous (see picture). I gave two stars because the burger was good but had minimal sauce.
I paid $30 for two sandwiches and two fries.My spicy chicken sandwich isn’t even edible. It’s SATURATED in mayo, no lettuce, and the size of two chicken nuggets.
Terrible experience. I ordered on the app, selected carry out. I ordered at 1:15. I get to the restaurant about 1:20. I sat inside and waited. There were NO orders on the mobile stand mind you. About 30 min go by, no update. Lots of people pile in and get helped and served, and I’m still sitting there. Finally I got fed up, and went to the counter to check on my order. It was sitting in paper bag on the dirty counter for about 20 min. They did NOT put it on the mobile order stand, so how was I supposed to know it was ready?? No apology, the guy just said “oh I called that out a long time ago.” Excuse me? This is YOUR fault because you all did not do your jobs appropriately. I would’ve been forgiving if they offered to fix it. They did NOT. Do not order at this location if you know what good for you.
Sooo ordered breakfast yesterday (a 2 for $3) sausage biscuit and potato wedges. Added a four piece French toast. As you can see the sausage and French toast are burnt. The potatoes were good but of course no ketchup. This location sucks, especially in the evenings. The young ladies in the drive thru are rude. More interested in talking to each other than ensuring orders are correct and timely. After this, I certainly won't be back. Wendy's doesn't need to do breakfast if this is what you get.
We ordered 2 biggie bags with the jr bacon cheeseburger (one was asked for plain), coke, and ranch. What we got were 2 biggie bags but 1 with a plain cheeseburger and the other a regular burger. We weren't given a total or a receipt at the time either. Honestly disappointing.
Pros:
(1) Clean interior
(2) Burgers ingredients seem good

(1) Fries were sad and Luke warm
If it were possible to give negative stars, I would. Went through the drive thru to try the new flavored nuggets. I was stoked, but they gave me the wrong flavor, the container was opened and leaked all over my car and myself, my fries were just thrown in the bag all dumped out. The only thing that was correct was my drink. I go in to talk to the staff and the manager Shauna walks up and says “what do you want” in a very rude manner. I explained what was wrong and that I’d rather get a refund than get a replacement and she rolled her eyes, then went to hide in the drive thru window area and continued to bad talk about me to fellow employees. The woman that was on the end of their food line apologized to me and I told her it was fine and it wasn’t necessarily her fault. I’ve worked in food my whole life, specifically management and never EVER treated my customers in this way. Disgusting behavior.
I always order a large fry with my combo because I like to eat half with ketchup and half in my frosty. Fries tasted good but this was their pathetic excuse of a large fry tonight with none that fell out into the bag. Definitely not returning to this location.
