The management at this establishment is amazing shout out to Ebony, Randy, Kylie, Paul, and the night crew management. You guys are great keep up the good work. Clean, happy, tasty, and fresh food. My wife got a chocolate frosty in the drive through. The color was off, she tasted it and said it didn't taste right, we thought maybe they gave her the Carmel frosty. We went through the line again and asked for another. We were more than willing to hand the first one back. The girl in the window refused to do anything. She even wasted some of the Carmel flavor frosty in a cup to compare color. She wouldn't give us another frosty or a refund. Told us to just throw it away if we didn't like it. Horrible service!
In no place can I find a limit of 2 pick up orders per car. When me and three people pulled up in one car for our 4 orders we were told two of us needed to come inside and two could stay in the drive thru. When we came inside we waited for 30+ minutes /after/ our friends in the drive thru got their food to receive our orders, even though we were all there in tandem. The manager on shift refused to give his name. I will be sending the video to cooperate via email. Please address this and address your staff on hospitality and customer service.
The manager tried to take down my personal debit card number when I asked for a refund on my order after waiting an atrocious amount of time for food. Over 45 minutes for a mobile order? Then declined to give his FIRST name to make a complaint?? If I wanted to wait that long I would have ordered at the counter.
I've been a loyal Wendy's customer for years & I've NEVER had a baked potato SO small, it was unbelievable!! The man inside acted like I was asking for charity when I asked for my 5 tablespoons of butter when it was on my mobile order. He was only going to give me one & when I asked for the rest, I said "don't you like butter on your potatoes& in return he made a sarcastic remark & look.
I've been to this location a few times. They always seem friendly and quick. Today, I took my son for lunch, and I forgot my wallet. The nice cashier at the drive thru comped our meal even after offering to drive back the 3 blocks for it. Thank you, Mary Jane.
I really enjoy having Wendy's in Springfield, but I have to leave 2 star review because of the issues I keep getting during breakfast time.
At one point, I got plastic in my breakfast burrito, which that was refunded fully, but this morning, I'm pretty sure I had egg shell pieces in my burrito. I know there's crunchy potatoes, but the crunch inside the burrito definitely wasn't potatoes.
I'm giving two stars because I enjoy the potato wedges still, and the frosty coffees are great, but I would stay away from any egg products. For some reason, they tend to be a gamble...
EDIT: Updated my review as I've not gotten contacted by them once regarding my experience after reporting it online. I've also gotten egg shells and plastic in my food again since. The food is really disappointing... The bacon is also incredibly bad with its texture. If you have the choice, Carl's Jr across the street is way better.
I honestly think they are going too far with the prices if before Wendy's wasn't this expensive right now they want to charge a lot for anything!! And even more so when it is a new place they take advantage of that, the place is environmentally friendly but the only thing I didn't like was the price of things.
