Got the brkfst burritos. Pretty sad that I definitely say even the mcdonalds breakfast burritos are better. They were cold and barely put together..the tortilla was dry and cracked and the eggs looked they could NOT have been cooked more. They were like the plastic ones you find in the toy store.this wendys used to be pretty good..but I won't be back
Fast food went out the window here, SLOW Food!! 3 people working drive threw and 1 working front cashier with a long line! Not cool.
A group of us ladies stopped in during dinner hour to eat before we got back on the road. Cheyanne greeted us and was very polite. Her customer service skills is professional and she has a fun bubbly personality. She went above and beyond ensuring our difficult order was correct. We appreciated everyone that was working as everybody was smiling and seemed to enjoy being at work. The restaurant was clean and overall everything was exceptional during our visit. Great job everyone!
OK food for the price. Would be nice if the used iceberg lettuce or would give the option... Romain does not belong on a sandwich since it has such a large vein or whatnot down the middle.
If you want to wait 20 minutes after you pay in a drive through go here!! Next time staying in the drive through….
We went to Wendy’s in Buckhannon wv on may 16,2024 we ordered 8 of the $5.00 biggie bag lunches. We were informed that we were waiting on our nuggets which we waited over five minutes for then the boy with long hair not put up off his shirt collar gave our whole order to some lady and she left with it the same boy that told us he was waiting on fresh nuggets for over five minutes so when I asked for a manager he said that was him and absolutely not then my husband seen the actual manager which gave us $21.00 dollars out of 62.00 back which was nice to then get home to realize they charged us full price for the drinks so I called and spoke to if I remember correctly his name was Travis he said come in the next morning because they closed after we got our order I said ok then my husband goes in the next morning and the manager refused to make it right so we ended up with cold fries and soggy sandwiches that no one would even eat and waited over an hour for nothing
The cashier was rude. Took orders after mine and filled them, but I had to wait approximately 10 minutes. My food was cold when I got it. I ordered the chicken nugget biggie bag. They lady directly behind me left before her order was completed because the got it wrong 3 times. She was allergic to onions and had she not looked at her food each time, she could have had an allergic reaction. When I went back to the counter to complain about my food, the person who took my order was very rude, and got upset with me for asking to speak to the manager. I will not go there anymore.!!
They screw up your order you don't get everything worse place to go to
