I've been boycotting Wendy's for about 12 years because no one could ever speak/understand English. I thought I'd give this one a try again... What great and cheery service! And the veterans combo was delicious. Looks like Wendy's is back on the menu!
I pulled up to the drive through, said hello to the person on the other end, and rambled off my entire order with no confirmation that they had heard me at all. No "is that all?" or anything. At one point I asked if the person was still there, to which they angrily replied that they were. I finished my order, they didn't tell me the total or anything. It was the most cold, harsh consumer interaction I've ever had.
Another Wendy's that seems to have fallen off the mark in the last few years. Used to be a huge teenage stop around the afternoon is now practically empty. There is now no real room to have a waiting line, yet the front counter had up to five of us before actually addressing any of us.
Once ordered, everything took an extensive time to even come out. Which was frustrating when one is hungry!
The food was also pretty lukwarm and greasy. Definitely not worth checking in again unless you are drunk and/or stupid levels of hungry.
Absolutely disappointed and disgusted. Sandwich had blond hair in it (pictured). Customer servace was DREADFUL. Filthy kitchen with staff more focused on flirting and chastising customers then providing a fraction of an equivalent to the shard of meth that half of them seem to be smoking in the kitchen (except the fat “manager” she was high on a power trip not meth… clearly. Staff mocked me and didn’t provide any dignity or respect for the people who are over-paying for the disgusting food. I was charged over $20 for two sandwiches and two small chilies and they got 50% of the order wrong. When I came all the way back to the drive-through from my house after finding the hair in my food they refused to fix the incorrect order. Apparently the girl working there tonight is the “general manager” and she said her name is Tori… however she would not provide me with a receipt for the food so I’m fairly sure that she was lying. I took pictures she’s the fat one smirking and ignoring me at the drive-through.
Yikes. Service great food?!? Like what?? Grease bag for day and containers left open.
Place was not busy! Was ignored at the service counter. The cashier didn't greet the first guest in front of me, instead she said" for here or Togo" , didn't apologize for his wait or lack of acknowledgement. I felt discriminated because I was trans and she took care of the man in front of me and walked off and to not return. I finally went and got an employee on break and asked for the manager. The manager didn't seem to concerned and acted like all I wanted was something free. I wanted service, I wanted a frosty after getting two teeth pulled.
I walked out and now sitting at McDonald's with a chocolate shake.
Fries and burger were old and barely warm. Also took a long time to get thru the drive through.
Went in to order breakfast and the lady at the front (old lady with red hair) told me the system was down so I couldn’t order. Then proceeded to be very rude and refused to try to serve me the customer.
