I want to give Meme and Jaylan were awesome and patient with me. I had recently had issues at another location so I came over here and the service was impeccable. There was a new guy on the register, but he did great. He didn’t get confused and he was patient and very willing to help. These people deserve a raise thank you I’m gonna go home and enjoy my salad!
We bought their $7 Biggie Bag, it contained 1 single burger with bacon, small fries, small drink and 4 pcs of chicken nuggets. And my friend added a small cup of Chili with his Biggie Bag order. The burgers weren't big liked it used to, service was okay...not even a Hi or Hello from our cashier at the window when we pulled up. But the best thing we got...we had fresh, warm food. "Have a great day...My pleasure!"
Sat in the Drive-Thru for 5 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I drove to the window and saw no one inside. I drove back around to the drive-through and there was another car sitting there waiting for someone. Then I spoke to a gentleman standing outside the back door, asked if they were open and he said he didn't really know because he didn't work the day shift. I drove back around to look in the drive-thru window and still no one inside. I drove back to the drive-up area and there was another gentleman standing there, then the door opened and a lady appeared. I asked her if they were open and she replied yes. Then I told her that two cars had been in the Drive-Thru and no one was acknowledged. She explained that the tall gentleman was the one taking the orders and maybe he had been in the bathroom. And here they all stood, the three of them, with the other car still sitting in the Drive-Thru and no one helping her. Terrible customer service. I would never go back to this Wendy's.
worst wendy's in fayetteville. i come here very often it's by my house and open late. food is ALWAYS cold unless requested hot tonight 12/20/24 i waited 30 minutes for cold food and there was only 2 orders on the screen. horrible and ghetto
AVOID! Rude staff. Husband mis ordered a burger for our daughter, and when he went to apologize, and re order, the lady at the windows yelled to whoever was making the burger and clapped her hands while doing so " Jesus Christ! Now you gonna have to make the burger over and throw the whole thing away!" ???? would have gladly paid for the extra burger but she was so damn rude! Asked for a receipt, but of course, the machine was down.
Very rude customer service! Went thru the drive thru withy mother. My mother asked what type of deals they had for the biggie bags, a d she asked if does any of them come with more then one Burger. She started raising her voice oh my god oh my god man there's no extra burgers in those bags!!! So we just left because she was very unprofessional and was getting an attitude the whole time
I usually have good experiences at this Wendy’s but not today. My receipt says that Feneisha took care of me. She was rude at the speaker and then even more rude at the window. She didn’t complete my order at the speaker and then when I got to the window she didn’t repeat it back so I didn’t realize at first. I got the bag and my order wasn’t complete. I waited and she opened the window and immediately said “you got everything” a statement, not a question. I said I didn’t get the other meal, she said “oh yeah”. I also didn’t have any sauce in my bag when I specifically asked for extra. I said can I get 4 Ranch & 2 Honey mustard and she said she couldn’t give me those because it’s Sunday. I’m not sure why I was told that if im willing to pay for it and im the customer. Eventually you can run out but to tell me no? I was shocked. She said she can only give me what she gave me… which was none. Either order enough for Sundays, or run out after you give people what they ask for.
We have came to this Wendy’s plenty of times. Have no idea why we keep coming back after all we get is horrible customer service you one time we have waited 30 minutes just for our food after we place the order we drove up to the window waited 30 minutes this time they said they’re only taking mobile orders And the apps not even working. I do not understand. She said she has not gotten any other complaints and have cannot help us I don’t understand. Please never go here.
