I came to this Wendy’s twice in a row on Tuesday the 23rd and Wednesday the 24th. Both times I mobile ordered my food for pick up inside due to being in a company vehicle I am not supposed to use drive thru. Both days they had the inside locked and I had to use the drive thru to get my order means it was already placed and paid for. On Wednesday the 24th I made a mobile order at 10:57 am for asap pick up. I got to the restaurant at 11:02 I got to the drive thru because I couldn’t go inside. It was very hard to hear the person but I told them I had the mobile order so they said pull around. After waiting behind 1 other car for 10+ minutes at the window. I got to the window, now it’s 11:17 the worker asked me to pull forward. Now mind you there is no one behind me and no one in the parking lot. I refused and asked for my food that I had a mobile order. The employee told me I am running up his timer and I needed to pull forward. I replied that I would not pull forward until I get my order that was placed 20 minutes ago. They got rude but I sat there finally got my food around 4-5 minutes later to pull off and find out it was completely wrong. I had to return to the drivethru to wait another 5-6 minutes to get to the window to tell them. Which the employee looked at me and said I put on there what it said. I responded and said the order was to remove these items not add them. Finally got my food 30-35 mins later in which over half my lunch break was gone waiting for food. Once I got my food and went to eat it nothing was hot barely luke warm the cheese on my chicken sandwich wasn’t even melted so I don’t understand what takes so long it’s not like they were waiting for food to get done. Totally unacceptable from a fast food restaurant and I won’t ever return to this Wendy’s location again.
Worst place ever! I hope they break this place down and build something better. Got a Breakfast Baconator that came with not only eggshells in it the egg but burnt sausage. Yes I threw it away, never buying anything from there ever again. This is not the first time they’ve done something like this, I give them many chances but yeah I’m done being nice and getting anything anymore from there. Definitely not worth the drive. I’d recommend taking exit 36 and going to the dunking donut or chic fil a if you want better breakfast that’s closer.
I ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget and a medium fry. I got a 4 piece regular nugget and a small fry in my bag. No receipt in the bag. And for some reason the store said they weren't able to do cash payments, only card. Not the end of the world, but a bit odd.
Wasn't a good experience, they didn't have a lot of things in stock, but then I learned that this location is closing down due to lack of business. Then the poor service made since, the owner had threw in the towel. Good thing was the young man on the drive through had good spirits, he said that management where allow their employees to transfer to other Wendys. It was kinda bitter sweet. They where out of potatoes and it of nuggets, so I just got a tea and called it a day.
You honestly couldn't get worse that this Wendy's. It's just terrible trying to order from this location. About 99% of the time nobody is there to take your order and whenever there is someone there, they're hiding in the freezer or something! The people "working" here clearly don't want to work and are just bums to be honest there's no nice way of putting it. They refuse to take orders and work. Jfc just don't apply to these jobs if you don't want to work.
A zero is more fitting. Wendys is determined to take the title of worst fast food. Not taking orders in the middle of the day, half cooked food, rude service, slowwwww service. The franchise needs to emphasize a better standard.
I came in to do an order and I've come to this Wendy's to get stuff for myself. Staff is always rude. This time I come to pickup the order and they tell me it just came up on the screen, but it took me 7 minutes to drive over here from where I took the order from. Everyone's in the back talking, no one's making anything, they only started making things when I came in. Order should have been done and people should be doing thing's considering there was a line of 3 cars when I pulled up.
It was 9 am . The lunch menu was up. Nobody else there. Paid and was told to pull around they bring it out. Waited and waited. Went to try doors all the doors were locked. I am eating and driving and looked at my sandwich which was supposed to be bacon egg an cheese. It was so hot I couldn't touch it. Got home and started to eat and realized the egg was green in the middle. Guessing left over? Gross ! I do have a picture of it.
