I came in late on a long drive. Just needed some food and coffee. The guy made a fresh pot of coffee for me. Said he hoped it kept me awake on my drive. Said several times it’ll be hot and fresh for you. Very friendly. Coffee was excellent.
I ordered the BEC croissant, but they didn't have Swiss cheese, so I changed my order to a breakfast baconator at the window (where I was informed of this). They actually tried to put a single piece of bacon on it! When my wife went in to get more bacon, the cook got rude with her. Really? Who needs that now?
Coffee is good.
The young man that manages the night shift seems to be doing really well. There was a time I thought that they might end up closing the doors. But I get good service. The one young man that always works. The window has a smile on his face and always has a good word to share.
Normally, not bad, but it was a really long wait when we went. Only 2 fryers working and of coursevwhat people wanted was fried.
My wife and I went through the drive thru. While trying to order the girl taking our order kept yelling "what?!" At us while we were trying to order. After finally getting to the window she was listening to music on an air pod and didn't know we ordered two drinks. Beyond terrible service. They had us pull forward with no one else in line making us wait because they "lost us"
Last 2 days I’ve tried to go through drive thru and ended up driving off. Waited atleast 10 minutes. Managers and employees were setting out back in their cars. Just kinda hanging around. Usually food pretty decent when you can get service.
Love the breakfast butter chicken biscuit. Get one every time we eat breakfast on the go!
Only one person on staff to cover the orders! If you can't keep employees I would be looking into management changes! Never going back to this location.
