Ordered from here tonight through ubereats after craving a frosty (I am in my last few weeks of pregnancy so I wanted to treat myself). I also ordered fries (no salt) and chicken nuggets. EVERYTHING came cold (distance isn't the issue as I tracked my order and it came in 15 min), fries came salted, and my frosty was not a frosty at all but a coffee. To see that there was no real care or double checking of the order to make sure it was correct or even warm had to be the biggest let down… especially when you were very excited for this “treat”. Could be my pregnancy hormones that are driving me to be as blunt here or it could just be my sheer shock at how this order came. Who knows, maybe not all evenings are like this but I can only base my review off of tonight.
Shocked by getting screamed at in the drive thru. Came through on 26 October at about 2pm to order a spicy chicken and some nugs. Waited long enough to shut the truck off before they took my order. Then she said something that I didn’t hear and asked her to repeat. The woman screamed at me for not understanding her. Then someone else immediately repeated what she said. I asked if I was just screamed at for not understanding her. The lady apologized for the behavior. I absolutely could no longer trust that the first psycho wasn’t going to spit in my food. I left without ordering the rest. Disgusting people. Never again.
If you want hot food and good customer service, go to Chick Fila, cause this Wendy’s ain’t even got it.
The worst Wendy branch at Virginia. So bad services. The drink is not cold. Employees are not polite. This branch is not recommended at all. Also be carful when you pay! Prices here is weird!!!
Food was good. Drink machine needs more syrup for cola drinks. Restaurant was clean.
Hi, this review is towards the customer I received from the drive thru. I want to give a shout out to the nice kid who took my order on the Sunday night. I made an error on my end but he was professional and cool about it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to customer service.
The best salad ever and I had them all olive garden mikes American grill red lobster salad but the the Wendy's Parmesan Caesars chicken and bacon salad absolutely ???? percent ???? on point everyone needs to try it
Service was slow, with me being the only in-store customer there. The employees had to read the order over and over again to complete it, which added additional time
