How tf do you have cold old fries & and a dried out chicken sandwich AT LUNCHTIME! do you food service employees not understand that WE pay your salary & if you keep giving US trash we will quit frequenting your restaurant. Let me ask the employees & management, would you be happy with the trash you serve paying customers on a daily basis?
I worked at Wendy's at 16yrs old, I served fresh hot food with a good attitude, what's to be said for adults who can't handle a food service job?

We just had lunch (7/21/24 @ around 1pm) and it was the most uncomfortable experience. There was a very loud lady literally screaming at other other employees in front of customers. I've worked fast food, and I know how stressful it can get, but that should never happen in front of customers. Another employee had their child there. Which I 100% understand, you gotta do what you gotta do sometimes. But he was walking on tables, including the serving counter, and touching random customers. If your child can't behave, you need to figure something else out. I gave it 3 stars though because the other employees were polite and you could tell they were embarrassed at the whole situation. There was a new kid who forgot to put bacon on our burger, and he made us another one super fast and apologized. But he still got yelled at. The other employees came to his defense and told him he was doing a good job, and he definitely was.
I ordered a medium fry. They were cold, and I asked for some fresh fries. Immediately, she came back with another bag, and there weren't any better. I came home to put them in the air fryer. It's sad we longer get what we pay for.
I order chilli from this restaurant as i don’t have time to go as I work a lot. I only like the chilli with hot sauce and they never give it to me. They need to have better quality control and check the orders. This has happened repeatedly this week 4 times as I wanted to check if it was a fluke. I’m done ordering from here. The small details and providing the correct order, exactly what I ordered is what did it for me. DoorDash was great though. Not their fault
Is it hard to take an order or read a screen? We had to go back up to the counter 5 times to get our order correct. The manager had to tell the sandwich guy piece by piece how to make the sandwich. The girl at the front counter must have a hearing impairment. She couldn't understand or hear anything we told her about our order.
I went through the drive up around 7:45. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with nuggets as the side a large sweet tea and a baconater. It came out to about$ 24. The meal ended up being rang up with the fries and a 4 piece nugget. Which was kind of irritating but ok I'll go with it but my chicken sandwich was so old it was cold, dry, and hard. Inedible. I tried to complain to Wendy's but the website says that the store number is invalid and wont take the complaint.
Stopped here on our way from denver to Kansas City. Service was good and fast. About a mile off the highway, but really just a short 5 minute detour. Food was good as expected. The dining area is in good shape and the bathrooms were clean!
