Normally I come here and everyone is nice except for in the morning when Angel is working. She is rude, does not read back orders and seems bothered to have a customer. Today I got the wrong breakfast sandwich and I was the only person in the drive thru. Did not even give me my total. I hate coming here when she is working I almost just want to pull away when I hear her rude voice in the morning.
Service is always so slow. Everyone that works here is very pleasant and nice, but It literally takes so long to both order and get your food. This goes for both inside the restaurant and the drive-through. The food is always very tasty and somewhat superior to other Wendy’s I’ve been through… But I just can’t find myself going there anymore because of the wait times
I don't eat fast food often and when I do Wendy's is the only fast food I will eat.. Always delicious, and they still have baked potatoes! Their salads are awesome and when I'm in the mood for a burger, I will get the single with cheese. So good
Went through the drive through to get a chicken wrap and instead of a wrap, the drive through person put down on my receipt that I got a spicy chicken sandwich and I absolutely hate spicy food. Went inside to get this order adjusted. Ashley who appeared to be a line cook during a very busy time. Decided to step off and ask me what I needed and made me a new wrap right away. Appreciate her quick response and good attitude handling what might not have been a great attitude on my part
This food and service is good...whenever it randomly is actually functioning. I make this route every day and in the course of a week arriving at 4:30am daily there was one day it was lunch, one day it was breakfast, one day there was no burgers only chicken, and one day it was just closed. Drivers rely on these places to eat. I'm not sure if this inconsistency is due to the employees planning or the company not paying employees enough to work but I'm going to stop wasting my time here. If you're not open until 5 or 6am, you should update this listing.
I've been to multiple Wendy's throughout Indiana and Michigan, and I always order chili. Lately, the ones I frequent barely have meat or beans and more liquid. I was soooo impressed by my chili today, I wanted to grab a years supply if I could have. Unfortunately we were traveling through the area and stopped to eat. The service here, and in the little store we're above excellent, and I recommend this and call it the best Wendy's chili ever. ????
I used to eat here everyday when I worked in the area, my daughter still stops in there for a frosty about three times a week, in 5 years I have never had a problem that was not resolved quickly and to my satisfaction, new employees have made a few mistakes here and there, but are trained so well that they quickly exceed expectations, I don't know who does the training but the guy Brandon that works there is the epitome of professionalism in both efficiency at his job, whatever it may be that day and excelling in customer service every single time I've ever seen him. If he's not a manager he's certainly needs to be one!
Please impress upon your employees the importance of food safety. They have the ability to easily make a person very sick, and nobody wants raw chicken.
