Despite different low ratings I would give a five star to this location. I found everything just perfect. Nice and clean interior, furniture are nicely organized and clean. Counter service was good. Staff are friendly and helpful with customers. Actually I didn’t find anything wrong here. Restrooms were clean and well organized too. Great job ????
Breakfast burrito is very good. I don't know if they make each one fresh., but mine was. Perfectly fried over easy eggs.l, bacon, potatoes. Very filling. Try it!
I love Wendy's but this location is terrible. Frequently mess my meals up. The older gentleman at the pay window cant work the app to the point where sometimes they just give me the food I should have been rewarded making the app kinda useless. Just wish the employees got it together. Since being in Windsor it's been something wrong almost every experience.
Wish I could leave one every time it's 7/13. They never let me down on letting me down. Just went of course my code didn't work had to argue at the next window then of course they still don't hear directions and gave me the wrong thing after arguing what I needed and originally asked for. Don't ever leave without checking your meal. They get mad when youyre mad you're meal is wrong. I really wish it was another Wendy's near me. These people don't care what they give you or if they give you anything. If the job isn't for you find another.
Went to drive through around 12am last night. Terrible service. The gentleman at the window taking the order kept cutting me off when I would speak and sounded extremely irritated when I was making a simple order. My spicy chicken sandwich came with no lettuce on it, and they had no ranch sauce. Terrible
They don't want to fill up the containers any longer. Last time I was there, I ordered a large frosty. The large is now smaller than it used to be but then ON TOP OF THAT they don't fill it to the top. Today I ordered a large chili. Again, not filled to the top. I guess they think we won't notice the shrinking servings, but I DO. I no longer want to purchase from eating establishments who keep making their portions smaller and smaller. I NOTICE!
Went here all the time when I lived in the area and I was in the area today so I decided to pay a visit.
Ordered a pretzel baconator and it was almost $10 for just the sandwich, not even a combo. Then when I got it, it was warm on one side and cold on the other side. Furthermore, it just tasted like it had been sitting around all day and they microwaved it - which would explain the uneven heating. Normally, I really like Wendy’s baconator sandwiches but this one clearly tasted off.
I also ordered a vanilla frosty which I had not gotten in a while (seems like they were off the menu for a bit) and it tasted like watered down sugar-free melted vanilla ice cream. It was not creamy at all, I can barely taste the sweetness or the vanilla flavor. On top of that, it seems like the large is smaller now, close to the size of a medium, and it seems to be more expensive than I remembered as well.
Not sure if it is just this Wendy’s or franchise-wide but if that’s the case, this may be the last frosty I ever get.
Say today I want to get the March madness single for a dollar double for $2 I asked for no pickles extra onions on both but I'm guessing recently now they changed their criteria I took a bite this time and I didn't realize there was not extra onions which I like and that was the whole thing behind it but she gave me onions on the side are you serious and you can get her right be aware and the last time I was here which I had to delete my post the managers don't wear hats hair nets or nothing
One day, I will go to this branch, order UN-sweetened iced tea, and actually get it. 9 times out of 10, I get a nasty surprise when i take my first sip and it's sweet tea. I've already driven away at that point and it's too late. The times I've remembered to taste before leaving it was fine.
