As I was waiting for my food to come out I the cup for the medium drink I ordered was placed on the counter in front of me and then a man came up to the counter and asked where his beverage was and to which the employee took the cup that was placed on the counter for my order and filled it for him and did not give me a replacement cup. When I asked for another cup I got handed a small instead of the medium I payed for. I also ordered a bacon double stack biggie bag and was given just a regular cheese burger. The seating area inside the facility is extremely dirty and the bathrooms were down right disgusting and the toilet in one bathroom doesn’t even work. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with my experience at this Wendy’s location. Shame on the owners of this branch.
Whent in the drive through and asked for chicken sandwich combo with out mayo. I was in the area that day working on Memorial day. Called when I saw that my sandwich was covered in mayo and explained that I am unable to return due to I was only in that area to work and had left to work at a second location somewhere else. I explained that I was upset that now I must go without food due to a allergic reaction to raw eggs (mayo). I was basically told to bad that they won't fix it because I was unable to return, mistakes happen to deal with it and hung up on me.
This is worst Wendy brunch I have been too. And I EAT Wendy’s a lot as it’s my favorite cheat meal. The first time I went, I used the drive through as they closed their walk ins because they only had 3 workers that day. The wait for 40mins! And I timed it. And i ended up leaving with very cold fries. Today I gave it a try again and their system is down so I had to walk in. I ordered my grill chicken wrap and the chicken was dry and very cold. U can tell it has been sitting out for a while. The fries was cold and nasty. I had to toss it. As I was there there were flies all over the area. And as I wait for my food, their system when back down again and customers had to walk away. I don’t blame the staff because they have to work with what they got. But this is just unacceptable and corporate has to look at it. This location is just not doing the brand good. Unfortunately, it will be my last time to visit this Wendy’s. I traveled into the state, and I will eat at the opposite McDonald’s than come back here
On entering, I noticed that the interior was smokey from fryers. Looking behind the counter, due to a piece of equipment having been removed, you could see months of accumulated grease oozing from underneath the rear counter. The hood system had months of dust and grease on the interior. The fryer back splash looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in over a year. I couldn't get a receipt for my order did to printer being out of order and cashier informed me that I could take a picture of the screen as proof of purchase. On receiving my order, the fries were so over cooked that they belonged in a museum and the sandwich was not made to order and the patty was as dry as Texas in the summer. The soda machine in the dining room had not been cleaned for weeks. In all I wonder how they passed their last health inspection. I am forwarding this to corporate and the Henrico Department of Health for follow up. Photos attached. Visit date of 19 AUG 2023 approx 1405 hrs local time.
Closed early. No surprise. I've learned to drop all expectations if you're looking for late nite food. Open til midnight they say. But they turned on the "we're sorry we're closed, try us tomorrow " message at 1130! I did get someone on the mic but they said sorry we got no food left. Poorly managed.
Went here today and got a #2 large with Dr. Pepper. Unfortunately , was only able to eat the fries which were hot and crispy. The burger as you can see from picture was not cooked. The cheese was warm burger was not. Also had to dump my drink out as well. Not mention I was asked to pull up and had to wait a good 5-7 mins for my food.
Waited over 20 minutes for my order when there was nobody else at the store. Do not recommend this place unless you have nothing to do but wait.
The sandwich was dry, the fries were barely warm and the soda that I wanted was mostly water , so I chucked it out, tried a different soda, same problem. The service was appallingly slow and the manager is a very grumpy person which made the entire meal quite unpalatable.The only nice thing was the ghost pepper sauce and the hot chicken nuggets.
