First of all wait over five minutes to get waited on I made it was a lunch so I can overlook that. Didn’t even get greeted cashier just stared at us and said nothing . I went to get soda from the machine and over half of it was out. Went to use the restroom and the restroom was really disgusting. I have no idea when the last time they cleaned it it did it obviously been a while. I almost didn’t go if I didn’t have to go so bad I wouldn’t have. And I am now shitting in the bathroom and I just realized there’s absolutely no toilet paper and I already use the bathroom. What the hell am I supposed to do now? my son had to go up to the counter and ask one of the ladies if she could bring me a roll of toilet paper. not only just embarrassing for me. I was embarrassing for my son and then the lady told me she was sorry but she they hadn’t had a chance to get to the bathroom all day. The time I got out my meal was cold.
Kids wanted to try that dang ol crabby patty. They both liked it but said it wasn't the best burger they ever had. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and it was good but this was also at peak lunch time so they should be fresh and hot at that time.
I was served the best fries Wendy’s have ever produced. My first thought was, this has to have happened by accident. Wendy’s fries are always that light colored mushy stuff, which is fine, that’s just how they always are. These though, they weren’t even the color of Wendy’s fries. They were dark golden crispy perfection. In all my years, never has a Wendy’s rendered such an outstanding product. The rest of the food was as good as should be expected. The fries were ridiculous.
The manager was the worst kind of rude, mean, yelling at her employee in front of the whole restaurant. Just because she couldn't do some math in her head after hitting a wrong button. The manager yelled at her to figure it out. Over and over embarrassing the girl and then of course the more she yelled the less she's going to be able to think. Honestly I think the reason she just kept yelling at her is she (the manager) didn't know the answer to the math question either. I have never seen anything like it. Then she yelled to all the other employees so the whole restaurant heard that she was to NEVER work the register again. This manager should lose her job. She does not deserve to be anyone's boss. Terrible. I am so sorry for anyone that has to work under those circumstances and I was told by more than one employee that it is an every day occurrence.
Went to the drive thru and as order she said it's like three people talking it was just my boyfriend how is there three people rude people now days I hope who ever working this morning has blessed day bless ur heart hope made u feel better stay humble
Had a very undesireable with a cashier that demanded exact change for order because she was going home. She also
Declared No military discount. Was over ridden by a senior staff member & discount applide.
Incident was compensated by new GM Arlene.
Stopped off the highway to get family food and I tell you the best burger and fry’s and service ever all Wendy’s need to take there example of how to do it right
Service could of been a little more chipper, but the fries were hot and satisfied my late night munchies.
