I’m sick of it at this point. Go ahead and close down the location or fire all of the children working inside. This is ridiculous. I just pulled up at 2:04 AM, it’s freezing outside, I wouldn’t have put on my clothes and driven this far if I thought the place was closed. But I get there at 2:04 and the gentleman is saying That it’s pick up only and I have to order the food online… I’m sick of children being able to make whatever rules they want when they don’t wanna do their job. If you don’t wanna work stay the hell home! Deplorable service, disgusting employees, and ghetto rules. I’ve been living in the neighborhood now for 12 years, and there’s always a problem at this location. Close it down or sell it to some people who want to come to work. This is absolute asinine garbage.
If I could give this Wendy’s negative stars I would. Every single time I patronize this restaurant, whether I go in person or have it delivered, my order is wrong. And then when I try to get the order corrected, they act as if I have done something wrong. They need to work on actually reading what someone ordered to make sure they get it correct. There is no reason to get someone’s order wrong multiple times.
I ordered using UberEATS so unfortunately I can't go (I'm at work). But how dare you serve any customers burnt chicken? I ordered a Classic chicken. Tell me if that's what I received? You knew it was burnt as you prepared the sandwich. That's so unfair to me, a paying customer. Do better.
Overall good service and food was fresh! Beverage machine most of the time is broke but the employees are kind enough to assist. I did have to ask a worker before that was dealing with fries to put on gloves but it was only once.
My experience? I wish I could comment on it. It closes "early" all the time and the employees can be seen inside. Do they only do drive through? Why is that not listed here?
The place was busy, but they got my order right. Good service.
Ordered the Krabby Patty meal.
Paid for a medium meal.
Didn't want the pineapple frosty, so I asked to swap for a vanilla frosty. Received a small even tho I paid for a medium.
The sandwich was okay aside from I didn't have tomatoes. How do you not know the ingredients to make a Krabby Patty? It's the same as a Jr. bacon like?
As a SpongeBob fan, it was a disappointing experience, and I don't recommend getting for any SpongeBob fan.
Considering it was around lunch time which is a busy shift. The food came out promptly, hot and in great condition. Also consider that their team might have been a little short of personnel.
