Standing in line for almost an hour why the last girl taking orders is just standing there staring at ya not doing anything. And the food is cold. It's not right that we pay for food that is not cheap and it's cold , and we work hard for our money. So the food should be fresh and warm. Not cold sandwich and hard fries.
Stood in line for almost 30 minutes. One girl taking orders and handing out food. All the whole 3 standing around in the drive thru yelling and laughing. The pop machines are empty and so are the tea canisters. Asked them to fill them up in drive thru only to give us half filled drinks. Complete and total disaster of a wendys restaurant. Do not come to this location.
We stopped after 9 hours of driving and our food was hot and delicious. But the servers there were so sweet and genuinely nice. It made the rest of our drive much better.
We came in before 10pm to place an order. Upon arriving there were workers in the back screaming and yelling to the point my husband asked what the hell is going on back there.
Baked potato which had been held for hours was served. No sweet tea.We went back after eating to get a frosty and no vanilla available never available in the evening. We was told if we wanted a frosty we will need to go thru the drive thru. Even though we was already in here. Poor service.
Went through the drive through and got a biggie bag. There was no wait but we didn't get any sauces after we asked. Then I went inside to get them. The woman at the counter was talking to her coworker about the job and how it was so tiring. I was standing at the counter for 10 minutes. About 5 minutes in she looked at me and went back to talking.
Food is old, and employees are rude. Allowing customers to eat expired food, picking around mold. Disgusting. Anyone who values their life should avoid this Wendy's.
Terrible Got home with food to feed my family and the triple burgers were raw meat. French fries were tough I asked for sweet tea got some kind of weird lemon stuff not sure what it was. Tried to call they picked up phone and then hung it up would never answer phone Bad raw meat makes me sick thinking about it.
They mess up your order way less than rio grande mcdonalds and it's usually pretty clean.
But it's fast food for double what it was 3 years ago so it like every other fast food place I'll never give it above a 3 star
